Not much going on here. We are working on cleaning out the garage and getting that organized so I've been trying to go through stuff today. It amazes me how much stuff we've collected over the years.
I just need to do DD2's footprints and I'll be done with the canvas for my mom so that's exciting.
We took the kids to a spring festival at a farm with my MIL this morning. They fed some llamas, went on a hayride, and did some other farm stuff. It was fun but we did get rained on a bit.
My poor baby has an eye infection and his eye is almost totally swollen shut. He is so unhappy. Hoping lots of cuddles and his eye drops make it better for tomorrow
The hectic times continue. I doubt we will do anything to celebrate Mother's Day. I'm just happy to be getting to bed before the hour on the clock is a single digit number (for the first night all week, if not longer). Lol.
DH was in the field all day yesterday and will be today too. Hoping to be done with soybeans today. Yay! DS2 is getting his two year molars. He's so whiny, clingy, and crabby. He's never like this so it's an adjustment for all of us. Up every hour and slept in the recliner with him since 3:30.
Happy Mother's Day everyone! We just got back last night from my sisters wedding, so I'm hoping things will finally slow down enough for me to get on here again. Our big plans for today have so far included unloading the car, laundry, and grocery shopping. I'm hoping we can do something a little more fun after DD wakes up from her nap.
I got to sleep in til 8:30 (I have a newborn still - 8:30 is late!), got breakfast of my choice, a very adorable card DH made with DS1, and free time to go to the movies with my sister. And a GC for a massage. All in all, pretty good day.
