The pic looks good and cozy. What I like about it is that it's big enough that you can continue to use it once your baby is a toddler. I love ours because now DS is almost 2 and we can sit side by side in it comfortably. I'm not into the gliders that are small and short backed either.
We got a little castle glider + gliding ottoman set from BBB. It was comfortable for both DH (~6'4") and me (~5'4"). Both BBB locations I've visited had a good selection of gliders out on display, in case you're looking for somewhere to test them out.
I think I already posted this (either here or on TB), but heads up re custom orders for little castle and best chairs: they can take months to complete. So, if you're going to order, you might want to do so soon!
That said, ours came in ~ 2 months early. I'll try to remember to post a pic once DH picks it up from the store.
Oh, and you can use the 20% off BBB coupons on most of their furniture, so that's nice.
We ordered a glider/recliner about a month ago from a local furniture store. I agree that it's super important that it has a tall enough back. Originally, we limited ourselves to looking at the big box baby stores- BBB, BRU, etc. but had way more luck at local shops. Good luck!!! Here's ours:
We have a Best Tryp chair and it was one of the best things we purchased when we had DS1. Super comfy for the many hrs spent learning to nurse in those early days. It also reclines for the times when you are desperate for sleep and LO will only sleep on top of you. (or you just want to snuggle with LO during naptime)
If you're taller than 5'6"/5'7", though, I wouldn't recommend it. It's perfect for H and I. We are getting a separate ottoman since it doesn't recline, too. I tried it out with a boppy and there's a lot of width which was attractive!

Completely agree that having a high enough back is important. You want to be able to rest your head which I found that most of the main stream ones didn't allow for (for me and I'm average height). We went with one from a furniture store and picked out the exact fabric we wanted too.

With DD we had a regular wooden glider with cushions, which was fine. But we have since upgraded to a full rocker/recliner. Let me tell you, that thing is awesome. I'm so looking forward to using it with the baby. It's tall and cushy, and even right now I use it frequently because I can put my feet up, and that helps take pressure off my aching hips. Best baby purchase evar!

We found one at Target 2 weeks ago that was on sale, plus 5% off using my RedCard. It swivels/rocks/glides. It didn't come with an ottoman, but we are going to keep an eye out for one that will match the decor. This one ended up cheaper than most of the wooden gliders we were finding! I love it!
Eta: I noticed a PP mentioned this one, too. DH is 6'2" , 235 and he finds it comfortable!
I still love this chair from BRU. Super comfy when I sat in it in the store. Anyone else get this one? I've been waiting for a sale because it's a little expensive considering the ottoman is separate but I might be waiting forever for a sale that never happens
