I couldn't think of a clever title. It even took a couple tries to spell it right. I'm tired. Last night was terrible. I'm not even sure of wake up times, it's a blur. I feel like there was more awake time than asleep time. Today is going to be interesting. How is this baby still chattering away and kicking like she is not tired. That took an unreasonable amount of time to type. Not sure if I missed any typos.

I think I told you all that Henry is on antibiotics for his lung infection so now I am going to tell you that after a week the cough is better but he is having explosive diarrhea because of it. We are having to change his sheets each morning from his morning blowout then he goes through 3 or 4 outfits per day. We have six more days of this and a 8 hour each way road trip this weekend. Luckily he is as happy as ever, just smiling and shitting all over the place!!
catinatophat, I'm sorry, but I actually lol'd at "smiling and shitting all over the place." My condolences!
I'm so excited because all my friends are coming overrrrrr! We haven't all been together since my baby shower. Only two of us live in OKC now, but one is moving back to the metro which is great! But another lives all the way up in KC and another in a town not far from here but it's still a drive. They're bringing food and wine and I'm pulling out cookie dough balls I made forever ago and it's going to be the best.
In the meantime, hoping E will take a good nap so I can shower and make myself presentable, and get things straightened up around here. It's not bad, I just need to vacuum the living room and straighten up the bedrooms (for myself, not for anyone else, I've found I like it that way) and we'll be good for a visit. Hopefully E has a good day!
proceedwithcaution , whoa yeah...not cool. catinatophat , Yes, she sleeps with it over face. It's creepy. It's A&A, they come in packs of 2 on Amazon. yummeecookee , It took me a sec to realize DD meant Dunkin Donuts, HA! ldubhawksfan, I signed up for a Stroller Stride class!

Hope your little guy can get back to normal soon catinatophat. I guess "smiling and shitting" (I'm LOL right here w fuzzylogic) is better than miserable and coughing.

We had an okay night, not his first wake up, but when he woke at 5, I replaced the soother and got out of bed to use the bathroom before feeding him. The moment I got up, B fell back asleep. I need to stop bed sharing.

Also, B has caught a bit of a cold and has a super runny nose, but he hates when I use the bulb syringe. Has anyone tried the nose frida or have any other tricks to clear a snotty nose? He screams so loud the upstairs people probably wonder about me

UGH yes I need advice on this too! You would think we were killing C when we are clearing out his nose with the bulb.
On top of his 4 wake ups last night, W woke for the day 1½ hrs before his usual time. He probably would have gone back to sleep while I nursed him, but then the cat barged into his room howling which woke him right up. I'm tired and crabby. I have an interview later, and this is not how I wanted to start my day. Fucking cat.

Now coffee.
I have started having to shut C's door completely when trying to put him to sleep because every little sound or light will get his attention and he'll shoot that head up to see what it is.

This has been a 2 week things for us, so I can tell you, the screaming is normal lol I have found that Little Noses has a spray and its super gentle, You spray and turn the head and it helps drain the nose and loosen it up so the snot comes out easier. I can't do the nose frida, it weirds me out but I have heard great things. And I also swear by boogie wipes to help with all the wiping and also AYR makes a saline gel, so instead of squirting anything you dab a little into each nostril and my baby never even notices.

ETA: Good luck at your interview today!!
I shut it all the way when he is sleeping, but I have one of those over the door hanging organizers that makes the door latch loudly, so I try to just prop it open against the door frame so I can get out of his room quieter once he is asleep. I've gotten pretty good at opening & closing it quietly, so you're right - I probably should just close it all the way so the jerk cat can't get in.

Awesome! We've used hydrasense in the past but he hates that just as much as (if not more than) the bulb syringe. I like the idea of the saline gel, and that little noses looks easier then the hydrasense. I will have to look for them up here. We have the boogie wipes too, B is highly offended when I use them

Yeah mine doesn't love the wipes either but better than using a dry kleenex and irritating the nose and under nose. the gel and spray you can get at Walgreens or Target (at least by me you can)

Awesome! I hope you enjoy it! I was surprised how good of a workout it was, and I really like how we sing to the kids, have toys to entertain the kiddos & the instructor will blow bubbles while we are doing burpies!
