Anyone experience it? No fever. Seems normal. Napped ok. Screamed a bunch. Maybe teeth? Refuses milk from a bottle and nursing. Will drink from a syringe. Eats all the food.
She has wet diapers so I'm not worried. But let's be real of course I'm worried. What gives?
I've got her to take 5 oz of pedialyte and 1 oz of bm in the syringe. Trying to nurse now for nighttime but ugh

My DS went through something similar when he had fluid in his ear. No ear infection, but the fluids just weren't draining as they should. This makes sucking painful for them. I was told try a cup. At the time he was about 5 months and that didn't work much to say the least, but might be worth a try.
They told me to keep an eye and make sure he was wetting diapers, no fever and not to worry as long as he was acting like himself and not seeming listless.
Nope. She takes like one sip of water. Then plays. I tried all her cups. She's had plenty of wet diapers but like not any fliids besides the syringe and straw style. I just did our bedtime routine and she nursed for 24 min!!!!!!! Usually she nurses for 10-12. So whatever. So weird!!!!
We are also entering the age of food strikes! It could be nothing but not wanting to nurse/drink. Is she getting closer to a bigger milestone? walking? or getting molars? Sometimes the world is jut too great to stop exploring so food comes 2nd.

Ya it was just weird. Turns out my husband had given her a bottle I didn't know about. So it wasn't as bad as I thought. He's a moron idk re milestones. She walks already but she's really focused on saying mama again so maybe it's talking ?
