I'm making dinner for DH and I and the smell is nauseating. It's just baked chicken and roasted veggies but I want nothing to do with it.
I've been wanting chicken all day and complained to my mom about the fact that I didn't think I could cook it because raw chicken has been making me super nauseated. I'm now sitting in her house while she makes chicken enchiladas with the ingredients I brought her.

thelittleredm, I could not be around raw chicken last time. Instant gagging. I eventually also developed an issue with cooked chicken. DH had to hide chopped chicken in rice or pasta with tons of cheese because I couldn't deal with the idea of eating it unless it was concealed.

Hahahahahaha Oh man, that's awful. I got that way with any mention of Taco Bell. I'm only now just starting to be ok with eating it from time to time and I used to LOVE it.
Add me to the aversions list tonight. Supposed to be cooking bbq chicken. Dnw to look at food. Had a bowl of cereal and a slice of cheese and I think that's all I've got in me tonight.
We had leftover enchiladas tonight, and I couldn't eat them. DH told me later that he thinks maybe they started to turn because he wasn't feeling well either. Guess it wasn't just me! Cereal for dinner again. w00t.
Also, amusingly enough, last pregnancy the only "protein" I could stomach in the first trimester was Taco Bell tacos. Which usually make me sick. Ironic.
I've been tired all day and DH was at happy hour until freakin' 8:00 this evening so I didn't bother to cook dinner. DH did frozen chicken patty sandwiches (obviously microwaved first) and they smelled pretty good but I wanted cereal and toast, well we are out of butter (boo!) so I had a bagel and cream cheese.
I just want to get in my car right now and drive somewhere. By myself. Today has been one of those days where I just need to be alone for a little while.
