Ordered some things from Zulily for the first time today! I'm just ordering summer clothes for DD since I've heard horror stories about their shipping times. A few things are 2T sizes so will put away for next summer.. I'm kinda intrigued to see if Im going to like the site or not.
Anyone have any good or bad stories? So far the only thing I'm not excited about is the $8 shipping! It made me order more things than I normally would have just to justify the shipping costs. I ordered yesterday so hage free shipping through the weekend, so now I feel like I need to order even more!

I've ordered from them a few times. I always double check prices too. I like them alright, although I do find their standard shipping annoying. Paying $8 is awesome if you are buying a lot, but if I am just wanting one small thing it jacks the price up way too high and negates any savings.
I did a lot of Christmas shopping for DS on zulily and have gotten cute matching smocked holiday outfits for both (I'm doing that as long as I can get away with them. So cute!). The only thing I've been disappointed in are some moccasins for DD. They are supposedly size 2, but I'm pretty sure they'll fit my 2 year old. Hopefully she'll get some use out of them, but since they are soft soled, I just don't know. I agree that as long as you understand how the system works (@iheartmyshiba explained it really well), then it shouldn't be a problem.

I've ordered from Zulily, stuff takes a while and you have to make sure you check the return policy because i'm pretty sure a lot of it you can't return. I could be making the no returns up but i'm pretty sure it's true.

What is the longest time it's taking you to get a product? i'd like to get into it but I'm so used to the instant gratification of Amazon I'm not sure if I can do it
I have ordered 3 times and 2 out of the three times they have sent me incorrect sizes. However, their customer service was awesome and they refunded my money and gave me a $10 credit both times. I will continue buying from them for sure. I agree that you need to check prices and the estimated shipping date (which they show when you click on an item). I love that that a lot of what they have is different than what you see in the stores (at least the stores aroubd me!).

I feel like I've had one or 2 things take a month or so. I really haven't paid too much attention because I purposefully don't order anything I need within the next 2 weeks. Honestly, I tend to forget I've ordered something and then it's a nice surprise when I get home and find a box or envelope.
Mixed reviews...I ordered a few maternity clothes but they looked really cheap when I received them. Since then I've only ordered on items I know have good quality. But shipping can take a long time.
I ordered a necklace from them. It was being shipped from UPS and then transferred to the post office for final delivery. Well after UPS said they were transferring to the post office there weren't any updates for a week. I contacted zulily and they couldn't replace the item but they refunded me the money and gave me a $10 credit. A few days later I ended up receiving the necklace. I called them back and they told me to just keep the refund.
