Ugh that sounds awful. I haven't had my test yet- but I am really anxious about it. I am so sorry you had such a terrible reaction, but I am glad both you and LO are old. Hopefully you'll feel even better tomorrow.

Glad you are okay! Scary situation! Hopefully you passed your glucose test but If not, definitely ask for an alternative testing for the second round.

That's a great idea!  I hadn't thought of that.  I've just been worried about the possibility of having to drink that again.  

There are definitely other alternatives, a friend of mine asked her doc for her 2nd pregnancy and they let her eat real food instead of drink that nastiness. If I have to do/redo mine ever I'm going to ask to do that too.

You just have to plan ahead because you need a certain level/amount of sugars for the test... But she just packed breakfast and brought it with her to eat!

I'm so sorry that happened to you, it must have been super scary. Glad you and baby are okay though. Now you know for the future not to drink that again!
