Whenever I come close baby girl reaches her arms up for me it makes me want to cry. Yesterday we were at a party and someone else was holding her as soon as she saw me her arms her straight out towards me

The girls have really started playing together. I mean, they also hit each other and steal toys (major struggle!), but they were in their jumparoos last night bouncing, just giggling at each other and trying to grab each others hands. They'll sit together and slap toys, and interact more. They also love their brother, and he cracks them up a lot, I love watching them all interact and laugh together.
DD2 started trying to open mouth get my cheek. I can't tell if she's trying to kiss me or eat me, but it's really amusing.
They've done this for awhile, but when we go to pick them up from the jumparoos they start jumping in excitement. I mean, jumping so much I can't catch them, huge smiles, arms out. It always makes me smile.
Junie will share her food with me-- she'll hold out her bagel or a toy she's chewing on to my mouth and get the biggest smile when I pretend to nibble on it. She also created a family joke-- she did this dramatic fake cough when she ate something with a funny texture and we started laughing at her. Now she'll look at us randomly and make a fake cough and we'll laugh and cough at her. It's this hilarious cycle that she initiates. I love that she's connecting the dots and seems to have a sense of humor!
DD is fascinated with her big brother and he's so helpful with her. He finds her paci when we ask (and sometimes when we don't and she's started crying). He loves giving her kisses and tries to carry her around (which he can actually do and it scares the crap out of me because its bear hug style that sometimes ends up around her neck). She loves to watch him and play with his toys. I love watching them two of them together more than anything these days.

DD kisses now which is great! She also does a fake laugh that mimics what DH does to get her to laugh. She's a rolly polly bug and rolling is her main mode of transportation. I can't imagine her crawling.... she gets into things already!

I agree with loving the arms out to be picked up! She also does it when she is being held and she seems someone new that she wants to hold her. Usually this is me, but I think it's cute when she does it to random people we know.

DD is LOUD. Like, screeching loud. She hits these high notes that makes my ear drums vibrate. She likes to blow raspberries. And she does this snorting thing with her nose that is just so damn cute. I know I probably shouldn't encourage the snorting by laughing (she'll end up spraying snot everywhere some day), but I just can't help it.
Loving the videos. I'd post one but DH has our only charger and the ipad just died. I'll post a pic though. I just can't believe how beautiful my little shit is and how much love I have for her. She also does the cling/hug now and it melts my ice cold heart. And she's really enjoying driving the food.

And she smiles all the time. Gah.
We have a screecher. We call her the Screecher Creature when she's really going for it.
LO just learned to make the D sound so she says "da da da da da" a lot. She loves to grab hair and faces. She keeps grabbing my mouth when it's open and holding my teeth while I talk to her. It's weird and kind of cute.
DD has been doing what might be kisses/might be biting faces for a couple of weeks and she's just learned to wave! She shakes her arm at people when they say 'hiya' and when she sees people come in after being gone a while. She's not convinced that you also wave goodbye though. Her favourite thing to do is jumping, either in her jumpy chair or on whoever's holding her - usually without warning then she laughs when she nearly gets dropped!
Still not clapping or attempting to crawl and she refuses to hold her own bottle.

This! A couple of months ago she was constantly holding her own bottle now she refuses to.
DS has also learned the D sound so we hear da da da da all day long and it's so cute. He's also realized stranger danger and cried each time brother in law tried to hold him this weekend which melted my heart a little bit that he just wanted us. He pushes up to his hands and knees and rocks back and forth in a pumping motion which cracks DH and I up.
A recipe I got from Tyler Florence Fresh Start cookbook (I've loved everything and he tells you how you can use the purees in your dishes)
Directions
Arrange 3 bananas (unpeeled) and 1 pint blueberries on a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Roast in a 350 degrees F oven until the berries burst and the banana peels are deep brown, 20 to 25 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly, then peel the bananas. Puree the fruit in a food processor until smooth. Let cool, then refrigerate in an airtight container for up to 3 days or freeze for up to 1 month.

Elias likes to flap his arms and legs (think like making a snow angel) when he's on the bed for a diaper change or just some hangout time. It's pretty cute. I also love whenever he smiles at the dogs...his smile is his ENTIRE face and the joy in his eyes and in his wide-open mouth are the best things ever.
