QOTD: what do you do when you have a body part you are self conscious about? Example: I don't wear sleeveless shirts in public because I think my upper arms are too chunky.
Quick post before I head out to work and am stuck on mobile all day.
The good (and the proud)? I ate well. Kept my calories within range, and didn't feel like I was overeating at all, which was nice.
The bad? Only one workout all week.
The plan? I'll be traveling on vacation starting on Thursday, so hopefully walking and hiking in Colorado over the weekend. I want to get some strength training and at least one bike ride in this week before I leave.
QOTW: I'm pretty sure my thighs are the size of walruses. I don't ever wear clothes that are tight around the hips for that reason, and I try not to look down at my lap when I'm sitting because it makes me feel bad. I also try to remind myself that those thighs have run half marathons and biked centuries, so I need to be nicer to them.
The Good: I ate salads all week last week! Lost 2 lbs!!!
The Bad: Over the weekend I cheated a couple of times. It is so damn hard to eat healthy out of town.
The Proud: Even with the cheating, I didn't gain any of the weight back! woo!
The Plan: More salads, and then this weekend while we are in Columbus I want to make it to the hotel gym at LEAST twice. I got this.
QOTD: what do you do when you have a body part you are self conscious about? For me its the butt/hips. I have a rather large one for my body. I'm all about the high waited everything and flowy shirts to hide it.
skategirl128 do you go on long walks, or do you take a few short ones? I have an embarrassing low step-count, and I think that is something I need to work on.

glb30 Hi Hun!! I'm sure the PIO is messing with you. Boo! I must get back to smoothies too! I actually just bought some individual quest protein mixes for smoothies. I like their bars so I thought I'd try their powders.

MissSally and 4furrypaws I do a combination of walks and just moving around my house! I also park far away from stores, etc. every step counts Yesterday I had over 15,000! I'm hoping to do well today too!
