DS2 has been doing this army crawl, worm crawl thing for several months. I wasn't sure if he was ever going to crawl conventionally. Well, he just started and it's so cute to see the little lightbulb go off in his head thinking "huh. this way is so much easier and faster." He's so stinking cute.
There was a time when I though ds might crawl early. Newp. At almost 10 months he's just mastered the army crawl. He will cruise as far as he possibly can or push a toy or dd's chair across to walk where he wants to go though. Crawling is his last resort, or he'll happily crawl to somewhere he can pull up. I could see he waking by one since he's so determined, but who knows, it may all depend on if he's strong enough to stand up by then.
Did anyone have a post partim period and then skip one or two after that? I'm not pregnant. Just wondering if it was a false alarm period. With my first once it was back, it was back every cycle from then on.

No. I keep feeling like I have cramps and my supply is basically gone. I think I'm making 8-10oz/day max (pumping only 6-8). No pp period yet. I don't want it, but I don't want it to come unexpected either. No I'm not pregnant. I checked twice.

I'll let you know soon. Friday I had blood when wiping and I have had all my other symptoms but no actual blood so maybe my period isn't here but it sure does feel like it. Plus my supply kinda tanked.
I remember you saying that so when I figured out that might be what's going on I stopped freaking out
I basically have to freeze days I have extra to make up for the week before a period.
Ugh, yeah. I told MH that I didn't get a lot today so he will have to use some of the freezer stuff if need be. Apparently T has been eating 3 ounces per feed and I am only pumping 2 ounces per side 3 times a day. This afternoon he ate like every hour I guess. And screamed in pain and wanted more because he eats for comfort a lot.

Okay so he's eating 3 ounces how often? How many feeds while you are gone? And you're pumping 12 ounces per day? He needs to find something else to do with him when he's in that's snacking mode. He may just be in a growth spurt but bath, walk outside in the stroller, pacifier - just distract and push that feed. He may just be bored or not know what to do without mom. Make sure your H is pacing feeds too. Stopping to burp, taking time to feed...

He is still all over the place. Yesterday was weird day though. He ate almost every hour in the afternoon which he hasn't done for MH. Normally he eats every 2-3 hours. I will mention the pace feeding. He doesn't like a pacifier. Also, it's hard to just go for a walk since MH has Clara too. Apparently he cried a lot yesterday and had a lot of gas issues (which I thought were supposed to be getting better, ugh). MH said the milk was weird from Friday. Last Monday was a bad day too. It's only been two Monday's though so can't really say like oh he just misses me or something yet. Also worth mentioning (maybe because it's witching hour when I get home) T was asleep from like 3:30-6:30 and the ate and ate and ate until passing out hard at 8:00 or so for the night. He is 7 weeks as of Sunday. I am thinking growth spurt
meggypoo1 it's so hard to figure them out when they're so little still. I feel like growth spurts happen every other day and it's not always easy to find ways to "entertain" them, especially with a toddler around.

Exactly! Yesterday afternoon was pretty rough for MH. Clara didn't nap. Took her nap time poop diaper off in her bed and T screamed and screamed for a while. He was about to run away when I got home, lol

Tell him he's not alone. That's how I feel most days when both kids are home. It's just not easy. It's gotten slightly better now that the baby will take more structured naps but they always seem to need something at exactly the same moment.

So sorry! I told him his summer job is ten times worse than mine. Yesterday sealed the deal
Guys, my baby climbed out of the crib. She's not even one. :sobs:
Noooooooo! We joke that ds will probably climb out before Dd, except it's not a joke. What will you do now?
We were able to drop it a bit more (was on the second level because I had no clue she could do that) and I'm hoping that will keep her contianed for a few more months.

If the back of her crib is higher than the front, you can turn the crib around and contain her a little longer that way.
Do you have a Merlin sleep suit?? That thing saved us during our transition.
We don't...was it difficult to then transition out of that then?
No, we did okay with that too. She was in the RNP for the first few months, we did the sleep suit until just about a month ago when she was rolling all over the crib (she is 7 months now). Transitioned her to a sleep sack and she has been just fine.

This what we did with Clara! It saved us for 3ish weeks
