I'm gonna give a big "ha ha" to this week as far as fitness. Please don't leave me though girls! We'll feel human again soon and hopefully get back to regular workouts. Even if you haven't done anything, check in here!
Physical Activity M: nada, traveling T: walk W: "rowing" if you could call it that on a machine Th: nada F: thinking of some elliptical today Weekend Goals: walk
Challenges this week? We've been out of town since Monday and I forgot my sneakers so that was a convenient excuse not to do anything. Been in sandals all week. And I just feel awful, comes in waves but it's like every 30 min I feel so sick.
Weekly gratitude: being around family to watch DS
QOTD: What activity are looking forward to doing once you feel better or have time to work out? I want to do cardio and weights again! And not feel awful afterwards.

Physical Activity Monday- walked 1.2 miles with a double stroller Tuesday- walked/jogged a mile on the treadmill and took a body bar class Friday- took a step/toning class
Weekend Goals: we'll be working on our kitchen remodel so not a lot of time to exercise
Challenges this week? Going back on Friday after being sore from Tuesday
Weekly gratitude: I think I've maintained my weight another week so I'm happy about that.
QOTD: What activity are looking forward to doing once you feel better or have time to work out? I don't really look forward to exercise but I'm ready for it to get cooler so I can start walking/running outside again.

I'm in the same boat. Not feeling my best at all.
Physical Activity:
M: nothing T: stroller jog/walk (it was a little hotter than I expected and we stopped at the park half way, so the way home was a speed walk) W: nothing Th: barre F: does standing at a concert count?? Ha ha
Weekend Goals: honestly my goal is to not melt. I work tonight and tomorrow. We also have a birthday party tomorrow so I probably won't get another workout in until Tuesday morning.
Challenges this week: just feel tired and hot. Work schedule has been tough. Hopefully I will start to feel better soon since I'm close to hitting second tri.
Weekly gratitude: my mom who came to watch DD so DH and I could enjoy the concert last night.
QOTD: I just want to not drag. I want to keep up with barre and body pump. And I'd like to add a little more cardio in my week.

Physical Activity: I was on vacation from work this week so my normal routine is off. I normally go to the gym m, w, f befor work and do a DVD at home at least one weekend day.
M: t-25 total body circuit DVD T: nada W: gym- 35 minutes cardio on treadmill and eleptical, 30 minutes strength training Th: Does pulling my 4 years around the zoo In a wagon count? Our zoo is very spread out, so it's a ton of walking. F: Killer Body: Upper Body DVD Weekend Goals: I did t-25 again this morning and will do some DVD Sunday morning.
Challenges this week? Vacation
Weekly gratitude: Glad that I'm in a good routine forcing myself to workout because I really notice that I don't feel "icky" in the days I excercise.
QOTD: What activity are looking forward to doing once you feel better or have time to work out? oh, this Is workout related? I was going to say drink a frozen margarita- or anything frozen with alcohol really.

Challenges this week? Being upright longer than it takes to work full time and do basic care for myself and babies. Also have three appointments outside of work and a filthy house to fill my time.
Weekly gratitude: Babies are mostly healthy, so many fewer explosions out both ends.
QOTD: What activity are looking forward to doing once you feel better or have time to work out? Picking up and cleaning the house. I feel much better when I live in a cleaner environment.
