Challenges this week? Such a busy week, and now we are traveling so just no time at all to work out. Plus allllll the nausea.
Weekly gratitude: my boss was SO excited to hear we were pregnant, he's wonderful and I'm so grateful.
QOTD: Do you switch workout clothes to maternity or stick with the same stuff? Last time I wore the same capris and t shirts that I always do but I'm thinking it's not gonna fly this time bc I'm getting so much bigger quicker. Interested if you guys switch up what you wear!

Physical Activity M-F: 80 minutes of activity (walking/swimming) on M, T, and W. Th I took it easy, and F I plan to go to the gym after work. Weekend Goals: Hit the gym at least once and walk. Take J to the park and play/run around with her.
Challenges this week? Vacation food and general exhaustion.
Weekly gratitude: I didn't indulge too much on vacation. I mean, I enjoyed myself, but it could have been a LOT worse. And I'm still wearing non-maternity jeans!
QOTD: I stick with the same stuff. My workout pants are stretchy anyway. But I'll probably need some new sports bras because wowsers!

Physical Activity M-F: walked to appointments and bus stops, except one day when it rained Weekend Goals: Walk to the park and swing babies. MH injured his leg and can't take care of babies on his own.
Challenges this week? So tired. With MH injured, I've had to do more childcare and house upkeep
Weekly gratitude: I got to see the beans on the mobile ultrasound this morning! :-)
QOTD: Do you switch workout clothes to maternity or stick with the same stuff? I steal MH's workout shorts and wear a maternity tank top or big t-shirt. I find it hard to do a credible workout when pregnant with twins, so usually I try to walk more.
Physical Activity M-F: I'm a slacker. Oh! I went for a walk by the lake on Wednesday, that was good- got over 11k steps. And Thursday did a lot of walking to the Drs and then we walked to dinner so another 10k! Today is so not happening.
Weekend Goals: walk at least 10k one day.
Challenges this week?: life. I've been really tired again. I thought the first trimester exhaustion was gone but I think it came back bc I am just so tired all the time this week.
Weekly gratitude: my H. He's being so supportive and strong and let's me cry and calms me down. And lets me eat wherever I want 😁 And isn't harping on my lack of exercise, haha.
QOTD: Do you switch workout clothes to maternity or stick with the same stuff? I usually wear non tight shirts to workout anyway so I imagine I'll keep doing that or then wear one of DHs old swim team shirts from college that he had 50 of. Never really thought about it!
