Hi everyone. I'm puma1315. I'm 27 and my DH is 30. We've been together for 8 years and married for 4. We have a 3 year old DS and a 1 year old DD. And of course a new little one on the way. I work as accountant for a school. Let me know what else you'd like to know.
Where are you from? Small town western Nebraska. I've lived within the same 120 miles my whole life.
How'd you meet your H? My freshman year of college I went to a bar/club that was hosting a Halloween party to pick up my friend. When I got to her she didn't want to leave so she started talking to a random guy and introduced us to each other. I ended up talking to him for probably another half an hour and we had our first date about 2 weeks later. We've been together ever since.
What's your favorite season? Fall. I like that it's just starting to cool off and the fall colors.
Are you a good swimmer? No, one of my fears is that I'm going to drown.
3 favorite places you've ever traveled? Breckinridge, Disney World, and Hawaii (is naming a whole state allowed)
What was the single happiest day of your life? Hmm this is hard if I only get one day. Probably the day my first child was born. The day DD was born was a happy day as well but my parents were having issues and it caused a lot of stress on that pregnancy.
What's a weird pet peeve you have? I hate when people tap pens or their fingers. My dad is the only person who can do it and I don't get annoyed. But everyone else including DH I want to smack the pen out of their hand or slap their hand away.
What's your daily makeup routine? I usually put on foundation and eyeliner. I am horrible at nights though and hardly ever wash my face. I do occasionally have outbreaks however it should be much worse then it is.
If you could trade lives with someone for a day, who would you choose?
I've never really thought of this but my first thought was Katherine Duchess of Cambridge. It would be interesting to see what her life is like in a day. And I also love how she dresses.
If you could pick a different job, what would it be?
A librarian. I worked at a library for 3 summers during college and also during my Junior year of college. I love the quietness of a library and like being around books.

How big of a school are we talking? A small preschool? Major university? Do you work with a team, or are you on your own? What does your day to day job involve?
I know literally nothing about accounting besides spreadsheets and numbers, if you can't tell.

We have about 1500 kids and it's k-12. I'm in charge of 3 other people who handle payroll and accounts payable.
I make sure that our financial records are correct. I monitor our general ledher and make sure items have been posted to the proper accounts. I handle our yearly audit, insurance, submitting grant reimb. claims, etc. Basically I have to account for all the money in the district both coming and going.
Together since freshman year! Did you guys ever take a break?
Are you scared to be a mom of three or do you think it's a bigger transition going from 1 to 2? (FTM over here lol)
If you could live anywhere in the country where would you go? In the world?
Nope we've never taken a break (I used to watch Friends and still occasionally do, so make sure if you take breaks all parties understand what that means). He's actually the only boyfriend I've had and he only had one other relationship besides me.
Yes I'm scared to be a mother of 3. I wonder if me and DH can handle it. I think this will be the bigger transition then 1 to 2. But ask me again in March and we'll see what I say then.
I'm not sure. I would need to do more research and make sure the areas don't have natural occurrences like tornadoes or hurricanes very often. I've never really thought of living anywhere besides where I do.
My all time favorite would be pride and prejudice. I like to read variations. It's been a long time since I've read so I don't even remember. I've been looking at reading me before you since the movie looks interesting. Has anyone read that?

I have. It was very good.
I just got the book Eligible by Curtis Sittenfeld from the library. It's a modern day P&P. You might be interested!

That sounded familiar so I checked in my amazon wish list and it's on there. Might check my library to see if they have it in.
What do you do for fun? I like to do puzzles, I'm trying to learn to sew, and go on walks. I'm hoping I'll have more free time after I get my CPA license and finish my masters.
What's your favorite thing about being a mom? That these little people completely love and trust me to protect them.
What was the best and the hardest thing about going from 1 to 2 kids? Best thing of going from 1 to 2 was that they have each other to play with. Im hoping all 3 of my kids will be close. However the hardest was getting the oldest willing to even get near his sister. He wanted nothing to do with her and taking her newborn pictures was difficult. Thankfully the photographer was amazing and got a few good pics.
What do you hope your kids inherit from you? What do you hope they don't inherit from you? I hope they get my love of reading and the ambition to work towards their goals. I hope they don't get my shyness.
What's your home decor style? I am horrible at decorating so we just have a few pictures up, not really a style. I go to my SIL house and I'm amazed by her decorating.
Mountains or beaches? Mountains. When I go to Colorado for shopping I love seeing the Rockies.
