No idea what is causing it this time, I previously had it in pregnancy. It was aggravated by caffeine, but I've not had caffeine in several weeks. I don't know what to do now. Nothing is helping, and my legs hurt so much!
I have heard it can be a sign of magnesium deficiency. Maybe add some sweet potatoes and a magnesium supplement to your diet
Have you had a physical recently? I have also heard of it linked to diabetic neuropathy. Not sure if you have any family history or risk of diabetes but I would want to have it checked
I do have a family history of diabetes, but I just had a sugar challenge for other reasons. And barely passed. But passed. It's probably something I'll have to do again in a couple months.
I've been noticing I get really light headed about an hour or two after eating, and INCREDIBLY shaky if I go more than a couple hours without eating. They think I'm hyperglycemic (is that the too low one?), but aren't really doing much other than telling me to eat more frequently.
Insert eye roll. Because I couldn't figure that one out on my own. I went in for help because the shaking is so bad that I've almost fainted driving, and I've fallen down steps before...
