Hi everyone, I hope you all had as peaceful of a weekend as possible. The good: I met my goals of 10,000 steps for three days, and going to gym/yoga at least twice. The bad: I have been eating larger quantities/more sweets. And I have been feeling dizzy today. Not really sure why. The proud: See the good above The plan: Still going to aim for 10,000 steps for three days, and gym twice. Trying to drink more water. Hugs to all.
