Physical Activity M-F: nada, zero, zilch! Haha sorry if that is super not motivating to anyone Weekend Goals: some tennis tomorrow and possibly a pool workout
Challenges this week? I had 2 days this week where I threw up all morning and literally just couldn't move the rest of the day. I feel like my body plays catch up each day.
Weekly gratitude: DH. He picks up so much slack for me. Hoping I can pull it together soon and help out more.
QOTD: Have you been able to have any "me time" lately? What's your fave thing to do? I've been laying down for DS's nap time lately and literally doing nothing so that should count. But I really really want to get a mani/pedi tomorrow, hoping I can squeeze one in.

Physical Activity M-F: I laugh at this question. But seriously, I walked every day, have been moving items all over my house, and played with my kid outside. Weekend Goals: Lots of walking and take J to the park on Sunday.
Challenges this week? I had a cold Monday through basically last night. It sucked. I woke this morning with an awful headache, but that could just be the migraines I've been having lately.
Weekly gratitude: I didn't gain a pound during the first tri despite my lack of true physical exercise. Now that the puking is *hopefully* gone, I can start hitting the gym again. Slowly but surely I want to get back to the routine, though I know I'll have to scale the intensity back.
QOTD: I had some last Saturday. I hit Dunkin Donuts for a strawberry Coolata. Then, I went shopping for new linens and curtains for the master bedroom. I scored an amazing all-white comforter and pillow set, curtains, and curtain ties at HomeGoods. My favorite alone time activity is eating alone. I usually go somewhere where I can sit outside, order an appetizer and dessert, and read a book. It's glorious.

Physical Activity M-F: Run after kids, walk when I can. Not much these days since MH is out of commission. Weekend Goals: Nap. I need sleep more than anything right now, except maybe food.
Challenges this week? Tired. MH is no help after surgery. Our new YMCA membership might help if we can adjust daycare times to let us go to the gym after work.
Weekly gratitude: I figured out how I can eat acidic food, so I can eat ratatouille.
QOTD: Have you been able to have any "me time" lately? What's your fave thing to do? Nope, no "me time" since MH's knee problems unless it cuts into sleep time. I have to take a little time to browse on my phone or read before I go to sleep.
Physical Activity M-F: I went to bodyworks Thursday. Sadly, that's all.
Weekend Goals: Nada, I work all weekend. At least I'll be running around busy though.
Challenges this week? Feeling dizzy all the time. I had planned on working out more but didn't think it was safe when I was feeling so dizzy.
Weekly gratitude: I have the sweetest, most loving DS ever. His kisses always make me feel better!
QOTD: Have you been able to have any "me time" lately? What's your fave thing to do? Oh how I miss "me" time. The only me time I get is when DS takes his 1.5 hour nap. I nap too!

Physical Activity: M-F: ran on Wednesday, treadmill walk and barre on Thursday....that's about it.
Weekend Goals: I'll go to body pump tomorrow morning, but I work Saturday and Sunday night--so probably nothing until Tuesday.
Challenges this week: same old, same old--exhausted, work schedule is killing me.
Weekly gratitude: Im pretty grateful for everything. I know how lucky I am to have my husband, beautiful daughter and number 2 on the way. Seeing some of my patients struggles, family problems, addictions--it's sadly a reminder of how great I have it.
QOTD: ha ha- me time is either a nap or wishing I was napping. The olympics have been amazing to catch up on. So I've been doing that too.
Nothing. I was lazy. And I went for a walk just now with DH and threw my back out. So I'm sitting on the couch with an ice pack trying not to breathe too deeply or move my arms or head bc i will start to cry. I can't take my muscle relaxant. I cant take Advil. I don't know if I can take my emergency steroid pack. And I have to work tonight. And the next five nights after that. 😣
I have nonstop me time. DH is still mostly up at the suburban hospital and hotel most days of the week, so I have plenty of me time to watch bad tv and lay around and sleep as long as I want. My god life is going to be so different when this baby comes! 😳

Can I jump in here? I'm back on the physical activity wagon after being off of it since I poas.
Physical Activity M-F: I did yoga Monday, Wednesday, and today. I did a cardio exercise video yesterday. Weekend Goals: I want to do another cardio video tomorrow, but I have a busy day planned, so if I don't get it done, I'll do yoga on Sunday.
Challenges this week? Fussy DS. Thankfully MH was home and could distract him while I was exercising.
Weekly gratitude: I'm so grateful that it's getting cooler outside, and for all the fresh fruit and vegetables we have this time of year.
QOTD: Have you been able to have any "me time" lately? What's your fave thing to do? I've been crocheting and watching replays of the gymnastics events in the evenings when MH is away. I've gotten to do it a couple times this week, and it's been so nice!
I legit feel like I shouldn't be on this check-in anymore. Motivation and energy just aren't my thing right now.
Physical Activity M-F: Practically nothing. Took a couple little walks around the block with G, and a couple walks into town with DH, but that's it.
Challenges this week? Stamina is virtually nonexistent. I am getting so dizzy/ lightheaded and winded with very little movement.
Weekly gratitude: DH's patience, great test results, and the rain we've been getting.
QOTD: Have you been able to have any "me time" lately? What's your fave thing to do? On the rare occasion that G naps, I nap too. That's the closest I've had to "me time" in ages. oldbaylover1024, your alone time sounds fantastic! I'm thinking I need to work much harder at trying to schedule something like that for myself.
addymac, I'm so sorry about your back! I hope you get some much needed relief asap!

ls2012 - Thanks! Alone time is crucial for me. And I'm soaking it up as long as possible while there's only one kid in the picture. Motivation and energy are total roadblocks. Be patient - the energy may come back soon.
