Mine is huge, my aunt made it for me and I really love it but it barely fits under the b-agile stroller. I think I might need to downsize! I have my eye on a jujube backpack but soooo expensive!
I'm curious to see how much stuff other people take around.
I have diapers, wipes, a changing pad, a moby wrap, 2 burp cloths, a&a blanket, 2 onsies, 2 hats and my water bottle and a bag of snacks for me(mixed nuts)
My sister got me one from Kate Spade. I've got my wallet, sunglasses, keys, a pen, a skip hop changing pad with diapers and wipes in it, an extra onsie, nursing cover, and two burp cloths. An A&A blanket and paci are usually with her in the car seat or attached to the stroller and my Ktan usually lives under the stroller with my water.

My "diaper bag" is not a diaper bag. It's my work bag that I've used for years but it's perfect: Tumi Voyageur nylon Carry-All.
Inside is a skip hop changing kit, plastic bags, A&A blanket, spit cloth, extra pacis, spare onesie, and a bottle of water for me. It also has my wallet, sunglasses, cell phone, chargers/adapters. Sometimes I put my laptop in there too.
It depends...if I'm going on a trip that is a few hours or less, I put both of DS's and DD's stuff in the diaper bag. If the trip is a half-day or longer, I take DS's stuff out and put it in his back pack so I can fit all of DD's stuff in there.

I have a go gaga messenger style bag. I got them for ds1 and they're still in great shape so I'm using them again. The company went out of business shortly after i bought them. We have two- one for each car so we don't have to haul it back and forth. Diapers Wipes Paci Cream Nursing cover Purell Blanket 2 onesies Burp cloth A couple of hot wheels for ds1
This week we are traveling and I'm using a regular backpack and don't like it. It's easier to carry since I'm without a stroller but it's so hard to find everything inside.
Mine is pretty minimal.. Got sick of carrying so much! Diaper pad, wipes, size 1 and size 6 diapers, some small toys for the big kids... Depending on the activity ill add kid jackets and water bottles. Lately I've just been grabbing the diaper pad, diapers and wipes and throwing it in the bottom of the stroller.
Wipes Snack for DD1 Drink for DD1 Changing mat Diapers for DD2. Usually one or two covers and 3-6 prefolds depending on how long we'll be gone Trainers and waterproof covers for DD1. Two or three trainers. One cover Wetbag Change of clothes for each kid. Nursing cover Bibs Extra pacifier Burp cloth.
It seems like a lot, but like I said the amount actually depends on how long we'll be gone.
I have an Obersee Bern backpack style bag. In it are the changing pad, wipes, wetbag, lots of CDs depending on how long we're gone, extra diaper covers, butt cream, hand sanitizer, tide to go pen, a onesie for each, a burp cloth for each, a blanket for each, bottles and formula, bibs for each, some washcloths for wiping quick spit up, my wallet, keys, phone. I think that's it.
I have the Kate spade Stevie. Blue and green stripes.
4-5 diapers. Wipes. Small wet bag. One onesie. Burp cloth. Changing pad. I try to throw a A&A blanket in there too for spit up if the burp cloth gets gross.
