I'm also a fan of ebates, we probably get $50-70 cash back a year there. But we also work credit cards for points and probably earn $500+ a year in freebies that way. Besides that we'll buy used on Amazon if it's available for something we need. Right now we're switching dog foods and I found a new subscription site that offers 15% off your first order so I'm thinking about buying an insane amount of dog food to stock pile a 6 month- 1 year supply.
We are so bad at this stuff, we don't do much. We do the Amazon Subscribe & Save for a lot of things (diapers, wipes, dishsoap, laundry soap, etc.). I use my Target Red Card (not the credit card but the one linked to my debit card) and Cartwheel when possible. Our local grocery store chain offers fuel perks so we save a lot on gas that way. And we always search for coupon codes before buying anything online.
Oh and for baby stuff - we have the BRU credit card, you get 10% off in stores every Thursday, and with their rewards card you earn rewards for every dollar you spend so after big purchases we'll get $5-15 or more in rewards emailed to us that we can use in store or online. Plus we get their ads/coupons and we've found the store clerks always have extra on hand and you can often combine them with other coupons and sales. For all our major purchases there we've managed to save a ton, and then we just pay off the credit card in full every month.

I signed up for Ebates and used it once, but I always forget to use it when shopping.
*Retailmenot *Carter's sales - I never buy stuff full price, take advantage of coupons and reward dollars. *Walmart Savings Catcher - I receive $2-3 back after every weekly shopping trip. *Similac coupons - those $5 checks are the best *Price comparing. When I find something I want, I scour the internet to make sure I get it for the lowest possible price and always check retailmenot for coupons before buying.

I get groceries at Walmart every week and use Savings Catcher. I've saved $270+ since 2014. We have an Amazon credit card that earns points. So I use it throughout the month and then pay it off when I get the bill.

now that I'm on a computer I'll elaborate on which cards and how we work them: We have limited stores where we live, so I have store credit cards for TJMaxx and Kohl's (literally the only brick and mortar places to shop within an hour drive). additionally I buy most my work clothes from Banana Republic, so I have their card. We live in the north where half the year is winter, so we also have an LLBean visa. and since we live in a shopping desert and shop amazon a lot, we have an Amazon card. All cards get paid in full every month.
LLBean: this is the account we've had the longest, most our everyday purchases (with a few exceptions) go on this card. we get 1% back on everything and 3% at LLBean; additionally we get free returns, free monograming, and a few times a year when we get an extra 10-20% off. The dogs each have memory foam dog beds bought with points, last year I got a new winter coat, H has several of their wrinkle resistant shirts and pants...high quality stuff and you can't beat their lifetime guarantee. we probably average $350 back a year on this card. this winter I'm planning on using points for some of their wicked good slippers
Amazon: 3% back on amazon purchases, 2% back on restaurants and gas, 1% on everything else. We use this card for Amazon, Gas, and restaurants...the money shows up right in your amazon account every month. Average $120 a year on this card
Banana Republic: 5% back on gap-brand stores, 1% everywhere else; except once or twice a year they do 5x points for 30 days...when they do that I use this card in place of the LLBean card. I usually get about $140 a year on this card
Kohl's store card: if you shop at kohls you the only way to do it is with their card...rewards there are in the form of 15-30% off coupons...no cash back, but significant savings on whatever you buy. Honestly I've basically stopped shopping there, but may use it more once LO is in bigger sizes where I've got less of a stash of things people gave us.
TJMaxx: 5% at TJMaxx, Marshall's, and home goods, 1% everywhere else. I only use this at TJMaxx and usually get $30-40 a year in coupons.
I kill it on savings at Target. I take advantage of of their gift card promotions, cartwheel, and red card. This past Sunday they had a one time use 10% of your whole purchase coupon out. I bought two packs of Pampers with that, which combined with the 5% red card totaled $45. I got a $15 gift card with the promo on the diapers. I did a second transaction with some groceries and toiletries using Cartwheel, red card, and applying the $15 gift card and only paid $6. It was glorious.
Can I just say that Yummy Spoonfuls fruit and/or veggie pouches had mega sale this last weekend. They retail around $9.74 but were 40% off on cartwheel, plus 10% off for promo, plus 5% off for red card. I can't pass up 65% off. M primarily eats table food but every now and then if we need something quick we do a pouch. These are perfect to have on hand, especially for $3.41 for 4 of them.
I am not a crazy coupon clipper, honestly I forget to use them most of the time when I get them. However, I rarely ever pay for anything full price. I have some patience so I wait for good sales to come along. I also hate paying shipping if I am shopping online so I search for promo codes or wait until stores offer them. I primarily shop online so I sign up for all of the emails from stores to make sure I am getting the different promos.
We use Walmart Savings Catcher. I also save a ton at Target. I wait for their gift card deals and buy in bulk (formula, diapers, wipes, etc). And then I use the gift cards for my next bulk purchase there.

I was late to the savings catcher game, just started using it with doing their new grocery pick up and I'm so amazed each week at getting money back, ha, love that.
If you shop on target.com and your order is over $50 you can usually always get $5 off by googling for the 5 off 50 promo code, the code for it changes but I can usually always find one that works.
