So Mh has decided he has to solve every problem our house has in the next two weeks. Yesterday was dedicated to mounting our TV on the wall so K doesn't murder herself with it. Not sure what fun project he'll come up with today.
TheTuna15, My guess is... two?!?! AM RIGHT?!? Send your H over my place, please. As long as he can handle projects independently, not drag me into it, and clean up afterwards. Haha!
ladymike, you were right. Then it happened again. And work independently!?! Ahahahhaahahaha. Yeah, no. I can be in the middle of putting out a fire and he'd ask me to step away to get my opinion or fetch him a tool.

It's so quiet here this morning! It looks like it's going to rain so I think we'll be heading to a circus drop in this morning. It's H's birthday today so I'm gonna go pick him up a 6 pack and take him for Mexican tonight!
Please tell me it gets easier to drop the littles off at daycare. Wayne will be ok and go to the teacher but as soon as we turn to leave he has a complete meltdown. It totally breaks my heart but the teacher swears he has a blast during class time. This is only the second day and they said to give it two weeks! It just breaks my heart to see him turn red and his sweet smile disappears and it's the most sad face you can imagine:(. Sorry for the ramble! Hope y'all have a great day! TheTuna15 my husband will be intent on fixing up things but never totally finishes a project!
kfg10427 When M isn't feeling DC, her teachers will take her and distract her. Like, "Let's look out the window and see if we can spot a squirrel!" or "Jaylen has a ball! Let's go play!" And then I sneak out the door. Works like a charm.
Say a proper goodbye, but then get the teachers to distract him. Talk to them tomorrow morning and get them on board!
Hi, I'm boring today so I'm quiet. MH is coming down for lunch, though, so that's cool. Get out of this place for a bit!
I think I'm getting a pretty significant raise on October 1st, but I'm really not sure. They always send out these memos that are just not straight forward at all. So, now I'm actually Googling this shit because a news source will probably explain it much better so I can actually understand. Government employee, so it's public knowledge and YOUR TAX DOLLARS RRRRRGGGHH.
kfg10427 it will get easier. It is still new for him and if after 2-3 weeks he is still doing that then I would be concerned something happens Teresa he doesn't like and talk to the teacher/director. I agree with malvo to have the teacher help distract him while you leave.
Hi! I'm here. I had three meetings this morning, so I was MIA.
Nothing exciting to report, except for maybe a funny story: I apparently can't dress my kid in clothes with Minnie Mouse designs, because she walks and looks down and points and says, "Minnie!" and then runs into walls.
Yes, it's Minnie. Now pay attention to where you're going!

It gets easier. Then randomly one week like 2 months from now it will get harder. And the some days they won't even say bye.
I'm here. Tired. I deleted my H job crap post because it's personal biz and creepy internet people make me nervous. I really appreciate the feedback and support!
We did dinner and then played with bubbles outside. When the toddler started stomping her feet in frustration, it was time to come in and get ready for bed. She's too much when she throws fits. It's hard to not laugh.
Teachers said Wayne had a good day. He spent half the day with the 3 yr olds and the last half with the infants. As soon as he saw us he started crying, I think he wanted to stay and play.
Hai! I'm here. Not feeling great this afternoon and hitting my pillow as soon as f is down. I had a long meeting today with c and my boss doing some hand off stuff. I take over Thursday! Then d had his first baseball practice of the fall. I felt awful while there but since coming home, popping Advil and eating it's not as bad.

F still cries when I leave, but she's pretty attached to me. I think if my h did the DC drop off it would go much better for her. Do the teachers keep their phones in the class? Sometimes after a rough morning I'll text one of f's teachers to check on her or they'll send me a picture of her smiling and playing and that eases my sad feelings!
rvamama we can call the main line to check on him during the day. He seems to only cry when we are there. In the mornings he doesn't want us to leave, and in the afternoon he doesn't want to leave. Poor kiddo is confused. Tomorrow he is only going for a half day because I haven't got to see him much this week and his daddy wants to see him before he goes to work.
E is having a rough night. She jumped or fell off our bed (she is fine.) Then bumped her head into the sofa. Just now she stepped on one of her duplicate legos
