1) lower weight loss last week but down 2.8 this week!!! I'm down 13.2 in 10 weeks!!! I like this!! 2) portion control! 3) pre-pregnant jeans FIT TODAY. A little tight. But they fit!!! 4) when I eat out, I go almost all out! But I love me a Jimmy Johns, take bread out, no cheese, no mayo #11.
1) Meh. Weight is steady, but I can feel my belly starting to pooch out again. 2) Eating. I decided to give myself a little room on food and just try to get through the week and worry about everyone being fed, vs. caring too much about what we're fed. Which means a lot of quick and easy and cheap stuff. And cookies from the vending machine when the 3pm munchies hit. 3) I'm rocking it on the exercise. Up every morning at 5 to get a workout in (I'm on day 25! SO CLOSE TO BEING DONE AND TELLING JILLIAN TO SUCK IT FOR A WHILE!), and 3 runs per week in. 4) Depends on the restaurant. Whenever possible, I like to pick a dish that comes with a protein, a starch, and veggies, and nix the starch and double up on veggies. My "meals out" lately are Subway, so at least there's portion control.
1) how was your week? Eh. I cut down on my night time snacking. It was hard, I get so hungry at night. Supply doesn't seem to be impacted by reduced snacking so that's good. 2) challenges? I get soooooo hungry at night. But if I drink a lot of water to fill up then I pee a million times in the night. 3) triumphs? All my pre-pregnancy pants fit. My tops not so much. I'm just shaped so differently now. 4) favorite healthy go-to meal OUT of the house? Or how do you keep it healthy at a restaurant? Do subs count? 😜 I usually try to stick with a salad when eating out.
1) how was your week? I will say NOT gaining weight right now is a success since I needed to chill on the W30 for my sanity 2) challenges? I stress eat sooo badly. I very consciously think - I'm stressed, give me a cupcake. That's so bad! 3) triumphs? DC food actually helps me eat healthy bc I only make good stuff for the kiddos and I'm conscious of setting a good example 4) favorite healthy go-to meal OUT of the house? Or how do you keep it healthy at a restaurant? I like bunless burgers from 5 Guys. Get it in a bowl and it's like a delicious burger salad. Yum yum yum!

I'm literally the opposite. All of my tops fit... none of my pants. Not a single pair. I'm currently sitting here rocking out my full-panel maternity kakhi capris. Which I wore to work today. Yeah.

1) how was your week? Long and exhausting. 2) challenges? We've had a busy week. And still navigating the new schedule. 3) triumphs? I've had really healthy lunches full of veggies all week. Even though I was tempted to not take the time to pack and just buy a school lunch, I did it. Go me! 🎉 4) favorite healthy go-to meal OUT of the house? Or how do you keep it healthy at a restaurant? We haven't had the money to eat out much lately. Usually if we do I don't worry about ordering healthy and just get what sounds good!

1) how was your week? I didn't loose any this week but I'm down 7lbs from when I started WW so I'm not too disappointed
2) challenges? Not "grazing" I do so much better when I'm at work cause I only eat what I brought ... When I'm home it's a different story
3) triumphs? I started drinking more water again- I still need to increase it more though
