WTF DC drivers? Review your *bleeping* driver's manuals. If the pedestrian walk sign is on, I'm already crossing, and you're turning onto the street I'm crossing, I have the right of way. No amount of impatient honking will change that... At least two of you have done this while I was walking to the subway!

Here in Los Angeles people have NO FREAKING CLUE how 4 way stops work. I keep finding myself at intersections where people go one car at a time instead of cross traffic going at the same time and people are angry at me when I go while the car across goes. WTF people, learn how to drive!

WTF DH! How did you not realize LO was covered in shit when you handed him to me to nurse. I put my hand across his back and feel wetness. I look down and there is poop all the way up his back. I think he just didn't want to change him. Baby is already latched and eating so I have to wait to change him. Thanks DH!

WTF DH who is bummed when LO cries when he's home but doesn't want to listen to advice as to what she needs/wants. I am with her 24 hrs a day vs the 4 you're home and awake with her (aside from weekends). I might have some insight...

I'll WTF my DH for this, too.  He is an excellent father and I know he's tired when he gets home from work, but his level of effort in terms of getting LO to calm/eat/whatever are lacking.  And it's such a fine line to walk, because I want to let him try different things and do what feels natural to him, but I spend all day with LO - I know what he likes/wants/needs!

I feel you ladies. i think my partner takes my little tips/adjustments/suggestions as me trying to tell him what to do or that hes not doing it right. Hes great with DD but lacks a little patience and persistance as he often will only try things once or for 2mins
Eg: giving her thr dummy or burping before getting frusturated he cant soothe her and handing her off to me.

I think they (hubby's/ SO) feel inadequate when it doesn't work immediately and it is hard for them to see us be able to calm/soothe easier. My husband is convinced she hates him. It does seem like a fine line on our part- what to tell them what works without coming across as nagging (in their view) or being annoying. With my ex it was easier for him when my son got older and did more. My dh tries and does help around the house so I try not to complain much . I also try and make sure that she gets a chance to bond every day when he comes home even if she only hangs out w/out crying 15 minutes or so. At least I can go to the bathroom . It is annoying sometimes though.



Dh was like you are going back to work next week- so you will be taking her and picking her up from daycare.... we had this convo already. I have to be at work earlier and get off later so since he takes and drops son off at school I said I'd take her, but son gets off bus at his work so he can pick her up in the evening. He started to complain and I was like- you get up right before I leave for the day while I will have gotten myself and baby girl ready, mostly got son ready, packed lunches, etc. before he gets up. Plus he doesn't do night time since I BF so I net much less sleep than him. I told him I didn't want to stop after work but wanted to come home. He just stared at me and said I didn't think of it like that....I had to hold back an eye roll.
