2dumbdogs , she smuggled the stamp into the car. No she didn't get C, only because she couldn't reach him.
I silently laughed trust me. I do see the humor. I am hoping a day of sweat and play helps get it off. I think I am more upset with the fact that she bathed last night and now I have to give her another one tonight...tonight is not bath night!!
I hate having to give a bath when it's not bath night! At least you won't have to bathe C too. Hopefully it won't be as bad as bathing both.
Since I'm working today and on a real computer, I have more time to look around here (mostly bc the person in charge of sending me my patient list for today hasn't yet...at 11:30...I leave at 1pm). Anyway, I decided to lurk on Feb 17 but I just can't get into it. There's so many new people to learn and keep up with. I don't know if that makes me lazy or antisocial.
On my lunch break I got gas, picked up what I forgot at the store, put together my Crock-Pot Santa Fe chicken for dinner and made it back to work with 10 mins to spare....
thewop I'm sorry dropoff was so hard today. It sounds like that was rough for both of you. Hopefully she settled in quickly after you left. Fingers crossed for a good report today and an easier dropoff tomorrow.
thewop, hard drop offs suck. B will cry every single time unless they give him food right away. So now DH times his drop off for the start of breakfast.
zonagirl B only gets one nap at dc and is a grumpy butt at night. I wish he was ready for the drop to one. On the weekends he still gets two which makes the weekends much better.
gingerygirl, if you are already dreading the thought of it I would not do it. Although there is something to be said about something that gives you enough cushion to enjoy your time off. But in this instance job hopping isn't really the answer. I think wait until there is something you see some longevity with.
abvintage, we had to do the same thing with drop off and food for DD1 until she was 2. If I went into work late and took her after breakfast, it was a disaster and I'd spend 20 minutes trying to get out of there. But if I dropped her off with her breakfast in front of her she barely even looked up to tell me bye.

Oh yeah. This is totally B now when he get's dropped off.

I'm the same with Jan '17...I gave it a few weeks and thought "eh..."
Besides the 1.5 hour wait for the dr to tell me "ya kid just has a big head" and him flirting with me, just fiinneeee...
What a waste.
And to top it all off dd has thrown up 3x (at home with my mom) while I was at the neurologist. So far she hasn't thrown up since I've been home so fx it was just a bad lunch...

Went for a run. Eating zoodles with pesto. Trying to redeem myself after pie and cake and pasta and wine all weekend. I'm feeling virtuous now though so I might have to reward myself with a drink.
