None that's awesome that you are having success with WW! I am on day two and am starving! Just trying to figure out the new program right now and it's a little rough. I'm going to focus the next two weeks on just being concious of my eating and now getting fast food while I am still figuring everything out.
Any tips or go to snacks/meals?
I had a turkey burger for lunch on a single slice of bread with spicy mustard and light mayo. Its easy and I like it. I make them in the broiler.
Stock up on no point fruits and veggies that you like and don't require much prep. I keep mason jars with grapes and apples in the fridge.
Oven fajitas is one of my favorite meals. Pioneer woman hamburger soup made with lean beef. Shrimp steamed with veggies. Pork tenderloin.
Protein and fiber are important. When I don't get enough I am starving.
I love lightly sweet boom chicka pop. Its 4 points. Turkey pepperoni with carrots is low points but salty and crunchy.
You probably want to bring a variety of snack with you everyday. I just got little bags of boom chicka pop at target to carry with me.
I like to plan out what I am eating that day in the morning but also leave room for flexibility if I want to meet a friend for lunch or am craving something.
I eat some dark chocolate everyday. Its something I really enjoy so I make room for it.
