Good morning. I'm at an all day training seminar. It's freezing in this room. But they provided snacks so bonus points for that.
Snacks is key. I hope you brought a jacket! I keep a blanket in my car and I'd totally loan it to you if I was there.
It could be 90 degrees out and I always have a jacket. DH laughs at me because I always take a sweater to restaurants. I'm like a little old lady. I hate to be cold.

I am always hot. I like it 60 degrees in my house at all times. Since the pregnancy though I've been so cold
That sounds terrible. I hope your day gets better and your pain lessens.
I'm also allergic to Tylenol so I'm SOL on pain meds which makes it more fun...
OH man that's awful. I've suffered through all of my aches and pains so far without taking a single medicine. If I twisted my ankle, I certainly would be popping Tylenol.

Lol it's completely up to you. If you feel like it, come. If not that's okay too! My husbands cousin bailed on me because she has to go to North Carolina for a funeral. My MIL's brother is in the icu again so she is dragging two of my other guests with her. Whatever more clothes for me.

onesweetworld, how about puppy chow? That's my go-to snack to pass. Unless that's too dessert-y.
Good Morning. I'm so hungry but I'm trying not to snack too much- my weight is already creeping up way more than it's supposed to in first tri. I feel like maintaining my weight is so much harder than losing was.

onesweetworld, that sounds heavenly. Although I've been craving donuts so much lately I'm a little bit disappointed you didn't get a donut so I could live all my dreams vicariously through you.

ThankfulSnail I'm still using my Beachbody containers to help me with portion control @ healthy snacking. I just bumped up my calorie category for the time being. But I try and do lots of fruits & veggies as snacks and not the crap carbs that my body wants.

I snack on mostly healthy food throughout the day- yesterday it was an apple, a banana, baby carrots, and a light Greek yogurt- but I end up still hungry and letting myself go to town on things I shouldn't when I get too hungry. But I would think 4 snacks would be a reasonable number to have around for a day, so if I keep going at this rate I'm going to need to take over a whole fridge at work with all my healthy snacks to keep myself full and healthy!

ThankfulSnail what are you eating for meals?? In between your snacks?
Breakfast is usually either an apple with unsalted/unsweetened natural peanut butter or whole wheat toast with the same, sometimes a banana, too, if I'm still hungry, plus coffee with a little bit of almond or coconut milk. Lunch is usually leftovers from dinner- usually chicken breast, tofu, or lots of beans for protein, veggies, and often rice- and dinner is same. A few nights a week I'll have some unsalted or lightly salted "skinny" popcorn or an Outshine brand no-sugar fruit-only popsicle for "dessert."
I try to eat pretty healthy and stick to mostly what DH is eating- he's still dieting to lose weight, though, so I do add an extra fruit/veggie/protein snack or two each day so I don't continue to lose and because I'm hungry- but sometimes I still feel so famished that I reach for something unhealthy because it's there. I've gained 5 lbs since my BFP due to my lack of self control
