Swaddle blankets. I use them all day for different purposes. I really like the ones I got from Little Unicorn, the cotton is slightly rougher (not too rough) and holds a swaddle really well.

I'm going to say my small swing. It lives in the kitchen but is small enough to be moved easily outside so we can hang out in the backyard. And it allows me to make dinner and sometimes sit down to eat it!

Velcro swaddlers- we are re-using the cheap Summer Infant ones from DD1, but I also have a Halo swaddle/sleep sack that was a gift from the hospital and it's so much better. Unfortunately it's microfleece and usually too hot.

My Moby. B hates the car seat so much that if I take both boys out of the house B must be worn. He could be sound asleep in the car seat (which rarely happens. He's usually screaming) and the second the car turns off he's awake and yelling about it.
I'm going to a baby wearing meeting next weekend and I'm so excited to try something new. I'm thinking a ring sling, but @housecarders has made me want to try wrapping.

The baby brezza formula pro. It's completely unnecessary and a luxury purchase but damn do I love it. Takes any effort at all out of FF (besides cleaning but I don't mind that) and I never have to worry about someone else not mixing his bottles right, etc.

katelou, I also have an unopened cotton halo swaddle sack thing that I never used and dont know what to do with. It is the next size up from newborn and it is yours if you want it.

Are our babies twins? Serious hate of the car seat over here. I don't get it, DD1 was never this way.

It's a little crazy how similar our LOs are. I'm sorry you're going through this too lol. DS1 had none of these issues. Even his sleep issues weren't as severe as B's.
