Charlotte has never been especially emotionally sensitive. I cried through half the commercials during the Olympics because I am the opposite. I cry in every movie. She makes fun of me.
We went to see "Pete's Dragon" when it came out, and she was absolutely torn up over it a couple of times whe it seemed like either Pete or his dragon would get hurt, or would run away and be separated, etc. She cried out loud, her little body wracked with sobs. It was the sort of thing I might cry over; it was absolutely not the sort of thing she would cry over.
She has been into Pokemon lately, watching the show on Netflix and playing Pokemon Go with me on my phone. Tonight she watched an episode starting Lapras, one of the better ones FWIW. It was a little sad (he left his human friends and went back to his family), and once again she was absolutely torn up over it.
I'm not *worried* about it, per se, as long as it's not something to he worried about lol. It's not a side effect of Strattera or something is it? I feel dumb even posting this but it did start happening with the meds. But it could be a sign the meds are working too.
