I saw your post and was just thinking of responding! One of my friend's daughters had it and it resolved itself with... normal play and exploration...? by the time she was 2 or 3.
IIRC, my friend's oldest was prescribed some sort of cream for it when she was still an infant. I didn't have kids yet so she didn't talk to me too much about it.

V had it at 2 months. They prescribed some progesterone/estrogen cream for me to use on her 2x/day for 2 weeks. It opened back up at exactly the 2 week mark. She does still have a little bit of adhesion but nothing that time won't take care of. The after care is just to make sure things don't dry out.
The pedi said labial adhesion is very common throughout infancy and toddlerhood though.
