I'm trying that jalepeno white chicken chili tonight, probably! Pizza/Salad on H's game night Lemon Herb Chicken and asparagus Leftovers Friday we'll eat out
Who knows for the weekend. That seems so far away.
Alrighty here are the new things I'm trying. Maple balsamic and herb chicken Veggie frittata Cabbage soup-not new but adjusting to make it lower cal Homemade pizza Pasta primavera
Here's what's on my menu, but I still need to shop.
Tonight- Tacos 🌮 Tuesday- Crock pot turkey breast with mashed potatoes and honey roasted green beans Wednesday- some kind of protein (whatever's on sale, I guess) and balsamic sweet potatoes Thursday- Thai shrimp sauté Friday- Baked chicken, potatoes, and carrots
Then the weekend will be leftovers/eating out/easy stuff.
Make it, it takes probably 10-15 mins and is super easy. I bought a bag of already cut cauliflower florets from Costco but you can use a head and cut it yourself. This is the recipe/tutorial I used: m.youtube.com/watch?v=8-kQLIWvR4I
Meals: M- steaks on the grill, rice, veggies Tu- Italian sausage pasta with peppers, salad W- chicken stir fry with brown rice Th- grilled cheese and soup with veggies and fruit F- pizza night (use leftover sausage) Sa- I reeeeally want to make lasagna but I might just throw chili in crock pot in the am after work.... Su- friends coming for football, so grilling and yummy football snacks!
