QOTD: Acorns anyone? So we have like a billion in our yard this year! The squirrels and chipmunks gather a lot...but so does my husband. Lol. He soaks them in a bucket to see which are viable to plant and plants them. Do you do anything fun or crafty with acorns?
The Good: I went to the gym three times last week with H, and went again this morning! It kicks my butt, but I think it is going to be great thing for my weightless!!
The Bad: I was bad at eating over the weekend. My dad was here so of course we pigged out on all the food and alcohol.
The Proud: The gym with H.
The Plan: Keep at it. And also make healthier eating choices. I keep saying I'm giving up alcohol, and I think this time I am really going to!
QOTD: We don't have acorns... but I bet pinterest has some awesome crafty ideas for them!
The bad: gosh...those salt and vinegar chips were yummy...
The proud: nope.
The plan: good food? I actually need to be eating more since I have a breakfast/lunch combo of a smoothie and then a small dinner. I snack on something bad for me once or twice a week so I need to quit as much too. But maybe if I get back to eating more then I'll have some energy again. I am so tired all the time. So, one step at a time.
QOTW: nothing acorns here! I tried once, didn't realize you needed to treat them, and...well let's just say I was thoroughly grossed out.

MissSally, Keep it up with H! That's awesome! I'll be honest, I only drink once every few months anymore...yeah, hasn't really helped my weight...SOoooooo...if ya ask me...unless your drinking all the sugary drinks all the time IDK how much of a difference it'd really make. And your a wine girl right? "They" say a glass a day isn't "bad" for you. ? ? Lol
menrandes, Shit...S&V chips sound delicious!!!! It sounds like you really do need to eat more food hun. Remember, your body needs fuel to go! Maybe just try and add in more good food/snacks. I know when I don't eat enough during a day my energy is poops!

The good: I did the best I could while on vacation
The bad: being on vacation meant a ton of unhealthy eating and not many steps
The proud: I had 16,000 steps one day when I took a long walk on the beach
The plan: get back to healthy eating and get my steps back up!
QOTW: I use acorns in my classroom for a variety of projects. I've also used them around a picture frame or in the bottom of a candle garden arrangement.
4furrypaws I do love my wine. I have definitely been drinking WAY too much of it though. I don't usually stop at one glass. It is a problem. I'm going to try not having it for a few weeks and see how it goes.
