I learned that one of M's classmates lives by our house. Like, we drive by their house every morning. I saw their car come out of a driveway and followed them all the way to DC. I want to be like, "Hey! You live in XYZ Township? Us, too! Let's be mom friends." But, ya know, I'm socially awkward and don't want to come off creepy and weird.
But when we got to the parking lot, M started yelling, "It's K! It's K!" So, that was cute. This is the first I heard her say a classmates name.
DC said M is finally speaking at school. Nonstop, apparently. They are excited. I'm excited. Go, M!
FOG. There's almost always a huge foggy cloud mass between the mountains that I drive through on my way to work in the morning. I call it the smoke monster because.. that's what it looks like. #lost.
I need more coffffffffee. I slept like a rock but I'm so sleepy this week.
OH we are officially going to be selling our wine at every Wegmans location in PA. We are really scared.
malvo, yay for M talking at school! Maybe she'll make friends with K and you can invite K and her mom over for a play date! ladymike, that's awesome that Wegmans will carry your wine. I may need some in my life. How do you get urine out of a mattress? LG wet the bed last night. And A went potty on the big potty right before bed. We made a big deal out of it and she was so proud. Hopefully she'll want to use the potty more now.
malvo id leave a note for the family asking if they want to have a playdate some time. And then totally pretend i didnt know they lived so close, haha. Ask them!!
Not much going on for us today. Im drinking my coffee then gonna go look for an extra pair of gym shorts to wear in disney. Food and wine festival= too much bloat for these skinny jeans, haha. I need more elastic in mah lyfe.
sjep922 i know you said you havent changed laundry detergents or introduced anything else new to her...what about DC? Did they say anything about how it started?
malvo every once in a while she acts itchy. But not much. So at least she isn't super bothered my it. Sometimes when she notices it she points and says "gross". Lol.
ruemorgan DC said everything was just like normal also. It's my mums neighbor at her house and she watched just a few kids. All other kids are fine, only ate what I brought her and nothing different.

So, we are doing family pics on Sunday. I'm cutting it a little close so I am trying to put outfits together with what we already own. Here is where I am at so far:
DH: Tan corduroy shirt, jeans, boots Me: Hunter green Carly, brown belt and booties M: Denim shirt and camo pants (aka THE CUTEST OUTFIT EVER) Jo: I got nothing. No ideas. She has a cute denim tunic, but nothing to wear underneath. She has a denim dress, but its a little big and a much darker denim. And I need some shoes for her stat. I ordered some little brown moccasins and I hope they are here in time so she can at least wear a diaper and shoes in her pic. Any ideas?
And do you think I should wear something over my dress? Like a jacket or a cardigan?
Thanks everyone! Our appointment is in an hour. I REALLY hope it's nothing serious.
We have to go to an "isolated entrance". And go to a door on the side of the building and ring a doorbell so she's not around anyone else with an undiagnosed rash. 😳
I totally get it. You can't be too careful. Just crazy.
graciest719 I'm no help. I suck at putting together outfits and am still trying to figure out mine for our photos in two weeks! What kind of jacket options do you have to go over your Carly?

ladymike, Why yes, yes I do. I ordered one from LLR but OF COURSE it was backordered so I will never get it. I have a LuLaPalooza Saturday so if I see one I like I may take the plunge at retail. A grey or floral one would be nice.
sjep922, My jacket options are my old denim jacket, which is worn and aged and probably not nice enough. I also have a beige cropped cardigan with maps on the world on it in muted blues, greens and reds. I don't love either for the pics.
I more worried about Jo. I guess maybe I will look for some leggings to put with her tunic?
We took e to a new playground today. She had so much fun we had tears when trying to leave but it was getting to lunch and nap time so we had to leave. Will take her again.
sjep922 i hope they can find out what the rash is and it is nothing serious.
Just got home from the pedi. She said with A not having any other symptoms and what they look like, she thinks just hives.
She gave us 3 days worth of a steroid prescription. Zyrtec every night at bedtime until she is hive free for 2 weeks. Benadryl as needed. She said even though it's not contagious we should keep her home the rest of the week unless they go down significantly. Just so she can be more comfortable and not worry about it.
Phew. Let's hope all of these drugs help! Thanks for all the love for A today!

sjep922 , I hope the appointment is going well and they can figure out what's causing the rash. Poor A EDIT _ i see you guys are already finished. I hope the meds work to clear it up fast but thankfully it's nothing too scary
