My account is still disabled at work so I will be doing nothing again today. Pumping at work is ok but all of us are basically pumping right on the heels of the next person. Which means I am frequently waiting outside the pumping room and then when I get done the next girl is waiting on me. Its just kind of frustrating.
S is doing well at daycare even though he is not sleeping much there. Yesterday I got there just as they sat down to feed him a bottle and I stopped them and was able to BF him. I told them to try to hold off on feeding him close to the time I pick him up. Overall I really like the teachers and am happy. I really like the app they have because H, my mom, and I can all access it to see pictures and such.
sarcaztic10 sorry about the pumping room. I will be going back to something similar. Three of us had babies within 6 months of each other. We will have o share the nonexistent pumping room too. I have no idea where they will have us pump this time. Last time it was an old gym closet but that is now someone's office. There are literally no free rooms in our school. Most classrooms are doubling up. I'm so anxious about having that conversation with the principal. Of course I'm the first of the three of us to go back to work so I will do all the legwork for a pumping room.
Ugh. Already dreading it and I don't go back until December.

@sarcastic10 that pumping situation sounds stressful. My job is a little out of the ordinary i change my pumping time a decent amount depending on what is going on that day because we go out of the office alot. But i could not imagine not having any leeway in pumping time. What if you are on the phone and miss your slot?
A had a rough night again with his cold. I'm hoping this is the "gets worse then gets better part" because it was brutal! I was too scared to sleep because he was throwing up/spitting up super thick mucus and I was worried he would choke or stop breathing. Today he's doing better at least.
Aaaaaand I just realized I am missing one thing I need in order to work on my experiment today. I guess I get to go to lunch with a friend and continue to procrastinate.
That's frustrating sarcaztic10 and melody330. I am also dreading pumping at work. I just emailed the SLP supervisor to remind her I needed pumping accommodations as we previously discussed and asking what the plans were for the first week or so, since it will be orientation and not my usual schedule. I'm honestly preparing myself to just pump in the car sometimes. I do love BFing but the pumping at work is so anxiety inducing to me. And since Irene still won't take a bottle I do need to keep my supply up.

I really need a car adapter just in case the room is in use when I need to pump.
Also, I found out that the room is also considered the wellness room so people who are sick can use it too! I am borderline ready to complain to someone about needing another room set up.

What do sick people use it for? Resting? Shouldn't they just go home? Can you complain to hr? Would not want to use an enclosed space that a sick person was inhabiting.

Right now I believe everyone understands that it is (and should) only being used as a pumping room. Everyone that I have talked to about it is very pro BFing and I don't think any manager will pull suggest someone use it. If I ever have a problem I will for sure report it but so far I am just st hoping it won't be a problem.

DS1 is in daycare today, so it's errands today. I took my laptop in to Geek Squad and the guy updated my drivers and got the internet working. Fingers crossed it works at home!
Hoping to get out and walk the dog, it's flip-flop weather here! Crazy!
DS is finally taking a real nap. He ended up breaking down a ton and so I gave in and we took a bath. He was a happy boy after that and loves to float with help. Fed him and he finally passed out!

We keep having super busy days in a row. Went to visit a friend yesterday/today and finally got to ride a horse again after almost 2 years! It was amazing but I might not be able to move tomorrow. Also DD had her first ride. She loved it so much!
Hope everyone is having a good week! Anyone struggling through the debate?

roccobabyk I love the debates! They're painful, but I can't look away. I'm taping it now and will watch once I get E down (on the west coast so watching it live is a challenge).
roccobabyk, I love that pic of your DD on the pony! And I give solidarity tits for not being able to move after not riding for so long. My dad is trying to talk me into riding in a hunter pace this weekend. I am trying to decide if it will be worth the week of being unable to move afterwards. I can count on one hand the number of times I have ridden since J was born.
