Stopping in to offer hugs to you. And to tell you I'm sure you are probably A-OK. But I totally get the freak out. I ate a soft, unpasteurized cheese in a salad from a restaurant during my first trimester and I basically had a nervous breakdown. Nothing ever happened, though, and all was good. I actually went to an MFM for my entire pregnancy and they were so wonderful. Way nicer and more caring than my OB! So I would say definitely call them for reassurance.
The pizza was cooked twice at high temps so it seems to me that it should have killed any dangerous bacteria. That's assuming it had any to begin with, which is also probably unlikely. I'd be more worried if it was raw in a salad. I think you're good, mama!
Hope you get a little relief from the anxiety soon and that your MFM makes you feel a whole lot better. Ugh...I sure don't miss the first two trimesters of pregnancy. The nervousness gets better. I promise!
