Weight (percentile): 11 lb, 5.5 oz (50%) Height (percentile): 24.5 in (99+% !!) Head (percentile): 15.75 in (92%) Clothing Size: 3 months for length but I've had to take in the side seams of her pants so they don't fall off! Diaper Size: Size 1 but may be moving to size 2 for night time soon since she is starting to leak a little by the time she wakes up. Any concerns/questions/AWs? The dr thought her eyes will probably stay hazel (like daddy's!) since there is still quite a bit of blue mixed in with the brown. Screamed during the shots 😢 but calmed down pretty quickly afterward with nursing and a long nap. Crossing my fingers we don't have any side effects or too fussy of a baby.

Weight (percentile): 14 pounds 7 ounces (88% according to my app, but the dr said 'off the charts') Height (percentile): 24" (84%) Head (percentile): they didn't give me the measurement, said 50% though Clothing size: 6 month sleepers and onesies, 3 month pants... he's all torso. Diaper size: 2 Anything concerns/questions/AWs? He's such a chill, happy guy. I cut out dairy and he spits up much less and is so much less gassy...Totally worth it! Plus I think his eyes are going to stay blue!! I've always wanted a blue-eyed baby, but I thought I'd never get one bc DH and I both have brown eyes.
K isn't there yet, but jennybeans I feel you on the height. At her one month appointment K was in the 91% for height and the 15% for weight. Her legs are so long that almost all her NB sized pants are too short, and most of the 0-3 sized ones are too short but too baggy. She has like 3 pairs of pants that fit right. MIL is thinking about taking in some of her 3-6 month sized ones. She spent a ton of time in jammies, but she's outgrowing those line crazy too.
I'm just going to love tit this thread for the next month until I can post for my LO who just turned 1 month. I can't believe how quickly the S16 babies are growing!
pismoduo, I found the carters line pants to be the best height wise and closest at the waist. I just ran a quick seam down the tops of the sides to bring them in about 1/4-1/2 inch each side. Luckily, it's not too obvious!

Weight (percentile): 10lbs 10oz (22%) Height (percentile): 21 in (1%) Head (percentile): 14.96in (30%) Clothing Size: 3 month Diaper size: size 1 Any concerns/questions/AWs? She still spits up a lot during her afternoon feedings. The colic has gotten so much better since starting the probiotic so yay. She has been sleeping longer stretches at night and is overall a really good sleeper.

@snuff9861 our pediatrician recommended Gerber probiotic drops for colic. It helps the baby's digestive system. E use to cry every evening for a few hours and and now she rarely cries in the evenings.
Weight (percentile): E 10.35lb, A 10.65lb Height (percentile): Both were 22in Head (percentile): can't remember lol Clothing size: 0-3 Month but I started packing up some sleeers already Diaper size: we cloth diaper mostly but just switched to size 2 disposables for when we travel Anything else: concerns/questions/aw? They both are sleeping so great. They started going to bed around 645/7 in the last week and their first wake up is typically around 12am/1am. The rest of the night is restless with wake ups every 2 hours but I don't care, I'll take it!
Weight (percentile): 12 lbs, 2 oz Height (percentile): 23.5 in Head (percentile): 15.25 in Clothing size: 3 months, but it really depends on the brand Diaper size: 1 Anything else: concerns/questions/AWs? The nurse thought her giggle was awesome and the Dr was very impressed with her rolling over (from belly to back).
Me: 28, all tests normal DH: 34, very low count, motility, morphology DX - MFI 11/14/09 - Married 01/01/14 - TTC #1 01/06/15 - Started working with RE 04/06/15 - Recommendation - straight to IVF w/ICSI 09/04/15 - Started working with new RE Nov/Dec 15 - IVF w/ ICSI #1 - 11R/8F - 1 transferred, 3 frozen
Weight (percentile): 11lbs on the nose, 54th percentile (up from 15th) Height (percentile): 22.75 inches, 65th percentile (down from 91st) Head (percentile): Can't remember the inches but it was 80th percentile (thank god it wasn't that big when she was born!) Clothing size: Some 3mo, some 0-3mo, a few of her NB onesies still fit OK. Anything that's a one piece has to be a 3mo (long legs). Diaper size: 1, though she's still skinny enough that she can fit into the NBs, they're just a little tight. Anything else, concerns, questions, AWs? She absolutely charmed the nurse and the NP we saw today with her giggle and her smile. She did pretty well with the shots, she cried a fair bit but settled down within a few minutes. She's holding her head up well and using her legs A LOT. NP says she's doing just great!
From a couple of weeks ago: Weight (percentile): 9lb 12oz 16% Height (percentile): 22.5in 63% Head (percentile): 37.5cm 22% Clothing size: 0-3m, Diaper size: One-size cloth Anything else: concerns/questions/AWs? We're unintentionally bed sharing and it's really affecting my sleep. The co-sleeper worked fine for a while, but now she only sleeps if she's touching me. Hopefully it's a short lived phase.

Weight (percentile): 10lb 4.5oz (6%) Height (percentile): 23in (44%) Head (percentile): 39.5cm (58%) Clothing size: starting to move into 0-3m Diaper size: 1 Anything else: concerns/questions/AWs? He's still gaining weight slowly and is dropping % (6% down from 9% at 1 month). His head isn't rounding out like expected so we're getting sent to a specialist. I feel horrible. And I thought the shots (which he handled like a champ) were going to be the worst part of his 2mo check-up...

Weight (percentile): 12 lbs 9 oz Height (percentile): 24.5 in-she's literally off the charts Head (percentile): 15.5 in Clothing size: moving into 3-6 month Diaper size: one size cloth and size 1 spouse Anything else: concerns/questions/AWs? I'm super pissed. Apparently the labs we had drawn at 1 month clotted and couldn't be tested but I wasn't notified about it. Now she has to get stuck again and if it turns out she was anemic the whole time I'm going to flip on the lab we went to for not calling me sooner. Mama bear is getting ready to roar.

LadyNymeria, both of my older 2 dropped to <5th percentile for weight by about 9 months, so I totally understand the worry. I know it's so stressful but as long as R has a good consistent growth line, and your pedi isn't concerned, all is well. You're doing great!
Weight (percentile): 11 lb 1oz (41%) Height (percentile):23 in (72%) Head (percentile):15.35 (71%) Clothing size:3 month Diaper size:1 Anything else: concerns/questions/AWs? I don't like that she fell from 63% to 41% in weight but the doctor wasn't concerned.

Weight (percentile): 12 lb, 15 oz (70th) Height (percentile): 23.25 in (60th) Head (percentile): 16.25 (90th) Clothing size: moving into 3-6 month once I get around to unpacking the boxes! Diaper size: moved up to 2 last week, I finally figured it out after he had a blowout in every outfit for a couple of days.

unringthebell I feel you on the sleep!! DD was a horrible sleeper, too. E is my angel baby. FX for both of us that the regression doesn't hit too hard!

+1. DD was an absolute nightmare sleep wise. DS1 was better but still woke at least 1 or 2x a night for a long time. DS2 is doing wonderfully, I don't want to jinx it but he's actually been STTN most nights the last week. I'm worried he's waiting till I go back to work to drop the hammer on me, haha.

I'm pretty sure I've only got 3 weeks left of good sleep and then we hit the start of daycare/work and the 4 month sleep regression all in the same week. We started sleep training for DS at 4.5 months when it got unbearable so I'm gearing myself up for the same with E. It must be a 2nd kid thing that they all seem to sleep better but I still don't expect it to last!
Weight (percentile): 11lbs 4 oz (61) Height (percentile): 24 inches (98) Head (percentile): 16 inches (100) Clothing size: 0-3/3 months Diaper size: size 1 disposables and nb cloth Anything else: concerns/questions/AWs? She's getting a flat spot but no torticollis or anything. Dr just wants us to encourage her to sleep on the other side. The Dr also isn't concerned she's dropping percentiles as she was large at birth and is now in the 60th. My kids just seem to be long and lean.
