What types of activities are safe? Should I even be doing anything at all at 5 weeks? I'm feeling the itch to do some physical activity. I'm hoping it will make the bloat and fatigue a little easier to handle, but I'm scared!
I'd like to do... -some walking -the 30-minute total body workout at my gym (machines) -stretching or yoga
Are these safe? Should I wait for 4th betas or an ultrasound?
Exercise is good for you and for baby! As long as you are doing what you normally do then you're fine. I was told to not try anything new/strenuous and no weight lifting. Just listen to your body and don't push yourself.

I'm not great at consistent exercise. I'm in decent shape (I could go run three miles today if I had to) but I just don't get consistent exercise in. Would doing some arm/leg exercises and some walking be an okay place to start??

Yep! That sounds good to me. Yoga is good too. I'd take advantage of this time while you still feel good to get into a routine. I need to start doing more. I completely gave up once the nausea/vomiting kicked in.
