Not PAIF Related - Thanksgiving Recipes? All Welcome

Anyone want to share their favorite Thanksgiving recipes? It's one of my favorite holidays because normally we host.  My SIL is going to be less than 4 weeks from her due date this year, though, so they're actually hosting us at their place so she doesn't have to travel. So now I'm looking for recipes that will travel (about two hours) and reheat well, or keep easily uncooked... I love new ideas, please share!

I'm not sure about squash, but you can put cut potatoes in a bowl of water and leave them in the fridge overnight.

This stuffing is pretty much the best thing ever.

I made that pie last year, dancerspose! I don't usually like pumpkin pie but it was really good. I think I'm making it again this year.
