I'm sitting in the car waiting for the pediatrician appointment in 30 minutes and I have to poop ......sooo yeah. That's how my morning is so far. After this we are visiting grandma and great grandpa, then getting the tires changed on the car, then FINALLY getting our family photos!
Married 10/10/10! TTC Baby #1 since April 2014 BFP Oct 16 - EP terminated Nov 6 2014 Off the Bench January 2015! BFP #2 June 1 2015 - EDD Feb 12 2016! Baby Boy born 15th February 2016!
My in laws are fairly religious. I am not. My H has to drag me to church. My MIL is always asking me if I joined any moms groups yet, and when I say no she always suggests I find one through church (and then you could do bible study with them too!). I've mentioned before that there are a lot of young families at our church, so this is my fault. But I really just want to respond, no, I don't want to start a moms group *through* church because if I join a moms group it needs to be a place I can go to vent and swear and be a regular adult again. Lol. But I just nod and change topics.
Morning! I am getting everyone ready and then we are headed to the mall. I need to do a couple of returns and I'm sure I'll pick something up while I'm there. I'm hoping that getting there early will mean less crowds. Plus I think it's supposed to snow at some point today.
Baby O is extubated again! An ENT saw him yesterday and found out he has choanal atersia and moderate tracheomalacia. Apparently he also failed a hearing test.

S has started swishing things around in her mouth. She was doing it during supper last night and spitting out food while she was doing it. It is super annoying and I hope she gets over this fascination soon.

Today I had to get more bw done, and since I have a phobia about that my H had to go into work late so he could come with me, so I'm super glad that's over - with DS they put me on synthoid, but this time they tested my tsh but not t4 so I had to have my t4 tested as well to see if I have to go back on the meds.

I promised myself I wouldn't sit and vent out all my frustrations here, but, seriously. I can't wait to get home. And I hate that I don't enjoy spending time with them, because I really would like to.
They don't have much respect for the baby schedule. They act like we are completely wacky for trying our best to keep to his usual flow of things. Like, I think they come from the generation of "kids should be seen and not heard" or something. They don't bother trying to be quiet at bedtime or thereafter, slamming doors and letting the landline ring endlessly and not caring when their dog barks. Why do you want us to come visit with the baby if you only want to act like there isn't a baby in the house? That's not how this works! The one that really gets me is his dad always falls asleep on the couch after dinner and he's a major snorer, like he could wake the neighborhood kind of snoring. But he doesn't care when people wake him up or tell him to go to bed. He cracks a joke and then falls back asleep. It's so fucking inconsiderate to everyone trying to talk or watch tv or anything, and, again, there is a baby sleeping. So, because of that, the last two nights I have gone to bed early. Because what's the point of staying up when I can't hear the tv or hold a conversation, and it's just easier if I'm already in the room when the baby inevitably wakes up. Am I crazy for being annoyed by this? %@%#*$(#(@^
Eta. The woman also needs to be apart of literally everything. Even if a comment was clearly not directed towards her (like I'm leaning over whispering to my H) or I giggle at something on my phone, to myself, she asks what and acts super interested. I thought just ignoring her would make it stop, but it hasn't. I'm pretty sure she just thinks I'm a bitch. And maybe I am. But so be it.

I have a silhouette machine. It cuts vinyl and other materials. Definitely takes some time to learn how to use it.
