PM Request - Disable Siggy and Add "Top/Bottom"

theophania I'd love to see the option for "top/bottom" in private messages... some of mine get long and that would be helpful. I'd also like the option of disabling signature on PM's because I want to PM my friends who are in different stages of life and don't want to mess with their heart by seeing my siggy.

Great! Thank you for adding it here also. The first request will be the easiest and I'll look into that once things have settled with the FotF discussion. The second will take longer. We will need to put a request into Proboards to make an adjustment to the plugin that we use for signatures.
