I never had a baby bathtub. I just used one of those sponges you put in the bottom of the kitchen sink. Now we give DS the choice: do you want to take a bath with your sister or take a shower? If he chooses shower then she gets a bath in the kitchen sink still. She does like to splash so there's a bit of a mess, but it's easy to clean up. And I also use a crocheted baby blanket for A at night. It gets so cold and she doesn't move a lot.
Yeah, we never used a baby bath tub. I bought the oversized sponges. The boys had turtle shaped ones and K has a ladybug shaped one. So much easier to just put that in the tub and lay her on it and then wring it out. I still lay it there for her, but she usually flips all around. She will sit on it and splash and hold her hand under the spout while I run the water.
We cover K with a blanket at bedtime. We've been doing it for two months now.
We only used crocheted breathable baby blankets. Her arms are out and we lay it so it starts below her armpits. Her room gets cold as fuck because of the crappy heat zoning and even with two pairs of pjs and a sleep sack she was waking up because she was cold. I also think the weight of the blanket helps her sleep soundly.
With Isaac, we used to cover him with a thin crochet blanket but only up to his waist, we would tuck it under him. No issues and no shame. He was always cold.
I still use the baby tub, but it's pretty large. It's just easier even though he can sit unassisted just fine.
I am so uncomfortable in my skin and clothes. I weigh a little less than pre-pregnancy, but nothing fits right and I have a belly now. Yet I'm too tired and too lazy to do anything about it.
Every school year I come in blazing. I work my butt off for a few months and then I lose all steam and crash hard. My motivation is gone and I'd rather fuck around on the internet all day.
I just recently started dressing like myself. I am still not very comfortable with the pooch area. I mean, does it every go away? Everything else could stand to be much smaller but I just started WW. I totally get what you mean with clothes. For me it's either too big or too small or too short. I went shopping a few weeks back and bought 2 pairs of pants that actually fit and 2 tops. I instantly felt a confidence boost after. I highly recommend some baby free shopping and alone time!

My FFFC- very late but my neighbors make me want to not be the nice person that I am. Twice I called the authorities because the guy down there screamed obscenities through our floor/their ceiling. Never have I wanted to punch somebody in the face so bad. We are moving to a different space in 10 days but it's been hell. He deliberately yells at my 2 yo through our walls to stfu. I lost my shit on him stomping and screaming like a toddler. I do not like who I am when it comes to them. They make me want to stoop to their level and it sucks.

Omg! Are you in a townhouse? That is so terrible that he does that. Home stretch, girl!

I literally cannot imagine this. M is all over when she sleeps. Like, turns all the way around half the time.

My oldest only reliably started keeping a blanket on the past year maybe, and she's almost 4. Couldn't keep a blanket on her while she was in a crib. Crazy sleeper. E is even worse, her favourite spot is the bottom of her crib sideways. No way blankets could stay on her.

She scoots forward slowly throughout the night and wakes up when she gets to the end and can't go any farther without bumping her head. The blanket slips down or sometimes gets under her but not in a way to be a safety hazard.
If she was more unpredictable while sleeping I would be more reluctant to use a blanket. But with the door closed to keep out the cat and the cool mist humidifier on, the room gets close to 60 despite us putting the heat up.
