The Plan: Meet my steps at least 5 days again, gym 3 days and not eat so much bad stuff (chocolate).
I've only signed up for one of my two classes for the next two months at the gym. I didn't want to waste money if I can't because of us cycling next month. Plus I don't think the one class is really doing much for me now. I need to add something new. Ugh. Should add Cardio. Meh.
QOTW: My favorite eve: fire, lit tree, H and my puppers. ::heart::
The good: ok, diet cleaned up. Whew. Minus sugary cough drops and and a carb laden dinner last night anyway.
The bad: I have a cold which makes me crave all the bad stuff. But since I can't taste the food anyway on account of my nose being stuffed up and my scent of smell off, I'll stick to my healthy foods.
The proud: eh..not much proud other than sticking to my smoothies for breakfast and big salads full of lots of healthy stuff for dinners.
The plan: going along with my current meal plan until sunday, deviating on Saturday because it's Nutcracker in DC day and I'm getting tacos. After that I'll be in New Mexico and at least very active. With this cold, not much exercise will be going on this week, but I'll try.
