I want lucky charms. I believe the meteorological term for the amount it snowed last night is "a butt load" I woke up at 5:30 on my own and started getting ready for work. Then I realized it's Saturday and crawled back into bed in my dress pants lol.
I need to wrap presents and make some more White Trash (or as my friends have dubbed it - Christmas Crack) We are also having friends over tomorrow. It's going to be cold so we are making chili and watching the Cowboy game. Need to finish Christmas shopping...

We all went to the dentist today. L is being referred to an orthodontist because he will eventually need braces and correction for his teeth. Basically he got my small mouth and H's big teeth and those will not be super compatible.
We have to go food shopping today and H will be picking up a Christmas present from Walmart later. I just placed the order for the rest of our gifts and they are guaranteed to arrive by Friday.
Pretty sure our postman hates us... we are getting a loft bed and a desk delivered to us this year along will like a thousand other purchases. Thinking of getting him a gift but I am not sure what to get.
I've never had a cavity. Now I'm scared for my appointment mid Jan
I had my first at 29 and was terrified. It was nothing and now that you've given birth, seriously nothing. Getting an IV placed is much worse. Don't worry.

S has a cold. he was a bit snotty yesterday, then he had a bit of a fever. Last night he woke up a ton because he couldn't breath and today he woke up with his face covered in snot. I used the nose frida 3x last night but there was still so much snot! Basically the nose frida just made it so he could eat and then fall back asleep for 2 hours at a time.

Mal also has a cold or something. He's miserable. His nose is a faucet and getting it wiped is torture. He is such a happy baby that he will be wailing and look at me and smile while crying. Big sis and I are finally better though. We are just about out of food but I don't want to shop.
It's below freezing and we have no plans and I'm on day 6 in a row home alone all day. Winter is going to be long.
Sorry for all the sick babies I hope Mal and S are better soon.
My H was worried about the roads this morning before the Santa brunch and I almost lost it. I don't want to have my family out on dangerous roads, but man, this is the only Christmas event we're doing this year, I would have been so sad to miss it. Luckily the main roads were fine. We had a great time. I even found a pair of dress pants that fit, making this the first time in a year that I've worn actual (non-maternity, non elastic waist) pants!
Sadly I still look terrible in all the pics so I shall be sending out the Santa picture with just the girls this year.

This morning I got up, felt motivated and was like, "I'm going to do all the things!". Yeah no, it's late afternoon and I cleaned DS1's room. That is all. Where did the day go?

I decided to do a little holiday baking. My lactation cookies this week are actually no bake cookies. They have 3 cups of oats just like regular lactation cookies! I also told H that if he wants fudge this year he better get the stuff today because it won't happen otherwise.

I so feel you. I got a strong urge to clean out my spice cabinet today. I culled. I wiped. I reorganized. When I was all done I looked at it with pride. Then my eyes scanned the rest of the messy kitchen full of dishes, wrappers, and disorganization and I knew I was done for the day. Well, I did one load of laundry and called in the Chinese food too.
We ended up scoring last minute tickets to the Santa Train here, so we did that last night. I then drank too much too quickly and fell asleep sitting up giving Moo a breathing treatment. #momoftheyear Today we went to church and the baked cookies. Seriously, y'all need to try the sugar cookies recipe I posted.... I forgot how good those fuckers are! I ate like 5 at least while decorating. No shame here, it the week of Christmas.
