Hope everyone had a great Christmas! I have some insomnia going on so figured I'd be the first to check-in. Thanks jennykat for the check-in, this is my last week in second tri!!! 27 weeks today, feeling good, baby girl moving a ton which I love! Next appt is Friday with my glucose test and u/s, excited to see her again! Current to do list is to make appt to meet prospective pediatrician and sign up for breastfeeding class.
No resolutions yet, I usually do the typical diet and exercise which aren't preggo friendly so I'll have to come up with something else.

I'm 15w4d and doing well. Last Christmas I got my period after our first failed IUI so being pregnant this Christmas gave me all the feels, mostly good. We find out the results of our Panorama test next week so I'm just anxiously awaiting those.
QOTW: No real resolutions. I'd like to get back to the gym more now that my energy is coming back.
EDD June 1st- 17 weeks 4 days Team Green (but we will see if we cave at our next appointment) Upcoming appoinments Jan 3rd- anatomy scan
Christmas was so amazing being on the "other end" of IF. I felt like I could really truly enjoy the babies and "gush" over the pregnant ladies without the added benefit of going home and having to have a good cry

Congratulations on moving on to the next trimester, everyone!
I'm 19w4d and feeling pretty good. I'm off this week, so we'll be doing some deep cleaning and finishing a couple projects around the house. I'm also catching up on sleep, which feels great. My anatomy scan is Wednesday, so I'm having a little anxiety related to that. That's compounded by getting some baby Christmas gifts yesterday...
My hope for 2017 is that I'll be able to get in some regular exercise weekly - even if it's a walk a few times a week, I'll feel better. I was pretty active through 12-13 weeks and then it all went downhill.
jennykat you freaked me out with the title of this check in! I don't think it's hit me yet how close we are to 3rd tri-- insane.
I'm 25+5 today which blows my mind. Christmas was hard, as I assumed, and Thursday is Kenley's first birthday. I'm scared and anxious. I don't know how I'll make it through, but I know I will.
Last week I had a growth scan and Alden was measuring 1lb 13oz, and was in the 58th percentile. I also did my 1 hr glucose test AND PASSED! Whhhhhatttt?! I've never ever passed the one hr. I'm so so excited to not have to worry about that again this pregnancy. One step closer to our healthy take home baby...I hope. Also, the MFM Gave is the "green light" for March 15th to be our c- section date. We have to wait until January to schedule officially but, here's hoping it all works out.
Hello everyone! I'm 17 weeks, 1 day today. I'm so glad the nausea is gone. I'm just hungry all the time and the stomach pudge is starting. No real bump yet, just pudge. I can't wait for our anatomy scan on January 9th. I'm getting anxious and I want to see my baby I may go get a 3D ultrasound before my anatomy scan.
QOTW: I definitely want to my finances under more control this year or before the baby gets here. I want to owe zero on all my credit cards.

I'm now 19 weeks and 1 day. My next MFM check up is tomorrow and my mom is finally down here! It's such a relief to have help when I need it. She helped with laundry today so I will finally have some clothes again. We're doing a Costco run tomorrow and she'll probably push me in a wheelchair while DH pushes the cart. I'm trying to take the recommendation to stay off my feet and to not stand for more than 30 min at a time seriously so this is what it comes to. Plus no lifting so I can't do the shopping myself anyway. The lack of independence is a hard pill to swallow for me. I'm generally super independent, but the babies are the top priority so it is what it is. I'm a little nervous about my cervical check tomorrow. I just hope it hasn't worsened. 2 weeks ago it had improved but I've been getting some low inconsistent pains (I'm hoping it's just babies kicking my cervix but we'll see). I know I haven't spent as much time reclining so I think that's adding to the nerves. QOTW: My goal for 2017 is to survive triplets (preferably with my sanity). I hope to get them on a schedule to help with my own sleep deprivation.
ttcbabyj I hope the time to your anatomy scan flies. The 3D ultrasounds are really neat! My doctor took a picture of the baby in 3D and I feel like I know what she looks like!
fightersince83 hope the appointment goes well today! (And your cervix is doing what it should!) I'm glad your Mom is there! Staying off your feet so much sounds rough, but remember it will pass!
AFM, 27+3 here. I can't believe I'll hit 3rd tri this week! For the most part, I'm doing okay. I think I have mentioned that I still vomit everyday, and have trouble eating. When I can eat, it's usually carbs and sweets. WELP- I failed my one hour glucose test. I took the 3 hr on Friday and am just waiting for results. In the interim, I have started trying to follow a GD diet and it is SO hard with all my aversions and puking. I've thrown up roughly 75 percent of what I've eaten in the last week and lost the 4 lbs. I gained. So I'll be starting 3rd tri at my starting weight. Of course, I worry constantly about the baby's nutrition. I was drinking ensures, and switched to the diabetic version. Hopefully a couple of those a day will help.
I'm also a bit confused about how to eat if I pass. Clearly, something was causing my numbers to be high. Do I avoid sugar still? How do the doctors know I won't develop GD in the next 12 weeks? My next appointment isn't until 1/13, and I wish it was sooner Bc I have lots of questions.
QOTW: I usually have something, but nothing this year. Just finishing out this pregnancy as healthy as possible.
Hope all you ladies had a wonderful holiday weekend. Congrats to those who are heading over to the 3rd trimester check in.
AFM- I'm 18 weeks today. I can't believe it. We have our anatomy scan on Thursday. I'm excited and nervous. I just hope and pray that everything is okay with the baby. Christmas was a lot of fun but exhausting. Our families are so excited about the baby so it was really fun to see everyone so happy for us.
QOTW- I'm going to try to cuss a lot less. I also really want to do better with money and budgeting. My hubby and I are both spenders not savers so we need to really work on that especially with a little one on the way!

glb30 I hope that you pass! If you pass the 3 hour you don't have to make any diet changes. I failed my 1 hour last time and passed the 3 hour with no problems. No special instructions from there on out. My initial draw was not terribly high but about 5-10 points above what the Dr wanted. Sorry you had to go through the 3 hour test. That was no fun at all and I'm dreading it this time around too
@wineandcupcakes and fightersince83 thanks for the additional info.- made me feel less nervous. Still haven't heard back, but I called and they said I should this afternoon or tomorrow morning.

Hi ladies! I am 26w2d today. I'm doing pretty well, had some insane swelling in my calves and ankles over Christmas with all the time spent on my feet but everything is back to normal since I pretty much stayed in bed yesterday. Saw the OB today and all looks great, my BP has been fine and urine testing negative so here's hoping the high BP and protein the beginning of December was a fluke! My OB hasn't mentioned glucose testing yet, and I'm not bringing it up! We are on every 2 weeks with the OB now and our next scan is 1/9, I'm so anxious to see how much they have grown!
QOTD: I would like to budget a little better in the new year

@dukesgirlsc I'm glad the swelling is down, and BP is good/urine testing negative.
. I ended up calling. I guess the lab was closed over Christmas so they were just processing it today. I should hear tomorrow. Hope your 1 hr went a-okay today!
