Hi there! I'm Barkley and my EDD is 7/1. I hope you'll have me here; I am expecting a repeat C-section in late June. I just hit the second trimester mark and waited so long to intro because I'm a nervous, 2x loss mama and wanted to make sure this baby stuck before I joined you ladies. With all the fatigue, nausea, and 3 good ultrasounds (including my NT scan right before Christmas), I'm knocking on all the wood and jumping in.
My husband and I have been together since college and married for 6 years. We have a 3.75yo DS and live in New England. Our fur baby is a 7 year old kitty who we all adore. I have a full-time, corporate job but work from home.
I mostly lurk on Parenting, but wanted to get more involved on a BMB. So here I am! Hoping to get to know you all better over the next 6 months and beyond. 😊 Wishing you all happy and healthy pregnancies!

Welcome! Fun fact, my childhood cat lived to be 20!
Wow! I'm expecting my cat to live forever because I can't imagine life without her. 😉
My childhood kitty lived to be 20 as well. She died when I was 18 and had just left for college. She also went outside a lot. Nowadays my 2 kitties wouldnt survive outside... Too many coyotes around now.
