I can't believe I didn't see this earlier!! I am patiently waiting for my anatomy scan results and have everything crosses they are okay. I found baby's heartbeat on my stethoscope today which was amazing, I was even able to pass it over to my H to listen. I feel like that plus all the kicks are really helping me when my anxiety spikes.
This year I am most looking forward to our planned trip to Hawaii with my family, I've never been but can't wait to go on vacation (and know they'll be enough family support to help with the baby)

I know this thread isn't super active (which is good! Maybe our brains are calming down!) but I wasn't sure where to put my freak out. I ate spanakopita tonight which I later realized has feta in it and I'm freaking out. It came from a Greek take out restaurant so I can't check if it's pasturized. Ugh! Should I worry?

teachermomtobe I wouldn't stress. We eat Greek frequently and all the feta has been pasteurized in my experience. A quick Google search just assured me that most feta in North America as well as most Greek feta cheeses are in fact pasteurized.

I have learned that most commercial/restaurant/store bought cheeses are pasteurized, I would be more worried if it was like straight from the farm. I did something similar earlier on and discovered this. You are are probably perfectly fine

Thanks wineoclock and cateyes for talking me off my ledge. I spiraled on Google and also found most restaurant cheeses are pasturized. And I know the signs of listeria (thanks hummus recall!) so I'll call my OB immediately if I have any.
