So DS2 can roll onto his side and I no longer feel comfortable swaddling him at night (he isn't swaddled for naps). Any tips on transitioning him away from the swaddle? We were using a woombie so no one arm out option, but I'm pretty sure I have other swaddle blankets.
I may try him without any swaddle at all tonight just to see how it goes since we have off tomorrow, but he's become a pretty good sleeper and I hate to mess with it.

We usually start with one arm out but also it doesn't hurt to go cold turkey if you can swing it! We will still use sleep sacks though so they kind of have a blanket but just the arms aren't restrained anymore.
We use the halo sleeps sacks with the Velcro. Once DD could slide her arms out, we just started putting them on with her arms not confined. I feel like the Velcro around her midsection helps keep that secure feeling.
Def try cold turkey though! Fingers crossed it works for you

This is what we did last time and it worked well. You can swaddle one arm with these. We did one arm for a couple days before both arms and didn't notice much of a difference.
Thanks everyone! I actually found a halo sleep sack in his room, so I ended up using that with arms out. He slept pretty well, though definitely moved around more. Now I need to see where I put DS1's old sleep sacks to see if he had any that would also work at this size for DS2.
