Tonight we are meal twins. Making roast chicken quarters, vegetables and rice Tues I work DH and DD will have frozen pizza Wed Tortellini with italian sausage gravy and a salad Thurs I work again so DH and DD will probably have leftovers Fri turkey tacos. Sat skirt steak and roasted brussel sprouts. That's as far as I got.
Monday: breakfast for dinner Tuesday: cheesy chicken taquitos Wednesday - Friday my H is out of town Wednesday: hopefully leftovers Thursday: tortellini spinach pasta thing Friday: left overs
Monday: likely Subway per DH's request Tues/Wed: spinach pie and baked potato Thurs: veggie spring rolls and samosas (we bought a variety pack of frozen appetizers that we never used over the holidays) Fri: takeout
Ugh I need to plan, we never went food shopping just a quick trip to the local market for some country ribs tonight.
My guess the rest of the week will consist of some type of chicken, probably ground turkey cooked up with some veggies over pasta, and leftovers. Not starting 2017 great. My goal is to be better going forward and to work on the toddler eating what we eat.
