Amelia- Keep, but popular Avery- Toss Savannah- Toss Violet- Keep, my favorite of your list Olivia- Keep, but popular Hazel- Keep Scarlett- Keep Allegra- Toss, I associate too much with the drug Harper- Toss, even if you didn't have an -er last name I would still toss
Suggesting Cora Gemma Lyra Lydia Matilda Charlotte Rosalie Audrey
Personally, I don't think it's a problem to have first names and surnames that end with the same sound. All of my names end with the same sound and I have never had any issues or problems.

Amelia- Keep. Avery- Um, this is not a girl name. So Toss. Bury it where it will never be found. Savannah- Toss. Violet- Keep, and use! Olivia- Toss, replace with Livia. Hazel- Toss. Scarlett- Keep. Allegra- Toss. I want to love it, but allergy medication. Harper- Toss, and burn it with fire.
OH HIIII! From your list, I like Amelia, Violet, Olivia, Hazel, and Scarlett. I feel like Scarlett is kind of a mouthful with your LN though. I think my favorites are Amelia, Olivia, and Hazel.
Other suggestions (that have probably already been said): Lydia Gloria (this was our 2nd girl name and I'm still swoony over it) Clara Mary

We have an -er last name, so we ruled out 2 syllable -er names. Like Harper Meyer is too rhymey, but Jennifer Meyer isn't as bad.
Amelia- love adding the similar Aurelia Avery - toss, sub in Avril/April Savannah - toss, sub in Georgia Violet - keep Olivia - keep Hazel - love Scarlett - toss, sub in Charlotte Allegra - keep Harper - toss, sub in Nora
From your list I love Amelia, Violet, Olivia, Hazel, and Allegra. I seriously love Allegra! I think an -er ending wouldn't sound great with your last name IF the FN is also 2-syllables. Otherwise, it would probably by fine. Our style is similar so I'll suggest some other names that are on my list: Genevieve Vera Matilda Noelle Felicity Fiona Ruby Mallory
I loove Ruby. But one of our close friends has a 1 year old and they used that name so it would be weird. And Genevieve was our top girl choice for J! But now I worry that it's a bit of a mouthful/hard to spell for a kid. But the nns Evie and Eve are cute and easier. So I might put that back on the list.
I looove multi-syllable names. Nothing is a mouthful to me - haha.
But, she's only going to be a child for a short short time. Don't not pick a permanent name because of a very short term problem. She'll learn to spell it - promise.
