With a sit-up you are coming up all the way. At the top you should be able to hug your knees. Crunches you're really just lifting your shoulders off the floor.

I Googled but I wasn't patient enough, haha. I get it now though. My sit ups were higher than my crunches, so I'll mark it a success. And yeah, I'll take a tag from here on, thanks.
