QOTD: Anyone have any new healthy living strategies for the new year?
The good: pretty healthy breakfast/lunch I've got going on here today The bad: I'm still having trouble eating regularly. I'm trying to cut out my once a day gingerale habit, but it's like the only thing that settles my stomach after dinner. So I'm trying to figure out of its worth it or not.. and when i dont i eat too much ginger candy. I dont know which is worse. but still, I'm not eating regularly. I either want to eat nothing at all or eat all of the things. No in between. And either way I feel sick. The proud: good meal plans. Good intentions for the gym? I can do it! I have to ride my bike to get there...but..I can do it? The plan: eat more. Eat better. Move more. Stop sleeping all the time. Yes I'm always tired. Yes I'm always in pain. Obviously sleeping isn't fixing that.
Qotw: going back to the willpower lives at the store philosophy. If I can bypass the junk food at the store, then I'm good. If I bring it home, I will binge on it. I know that from experience, so why tempt myself?
