Okay, well, at the prompting of salmon2017 (I hope I'm tagging right... lol), I'll do a little intro
I am breaking my rules by talking about/getting invested in this pregnancy as early as it is, but I figure, c'est la vie, life is what it is, so I'll embrace it. Got my BFP one week ago and have peed on several sticks since then, lol. I'm estimating that I'm about 5 weeks along, but did a bad job with tracking my last period soooo it's not for sure. Looking at a rough estimate of September 15 for a due date.
I'm 30 years old, live in Michigan. Been married to my husband for 5 years (been together for 9), have a 2.5 year (almost) old daughter. Just bought a home in early 2015 but are considering a move about an hour south to be closer to family.
I work as a psychologist, primarily with kids (i.e, ages 0-14), and in large part dealing with developmental disorders (e.g., Autism, language problems) and emotional/behavioral difficulties. My husband is a manager at a restaurant. Our kiddo is a delightful wonderful little human and we are so excited for her to be a big sister.
I was pretty active on TB boards with my first pregnancy (August 2014), then a group migrated to Facebook and I sort of just stuck over there. Tried to make the move to TCF back when it first cropped up, but had too much going on. But I really enjoyed the message boards and hope to be involved whenever I can.
Looking forward to getting to know you ladies!
