We have so. Many. Books. I think we're beyond the small kids shelves. We need an adult book shelf for everything. I'll limit toys any day, but they can have as many books as they want. Currently, they're housed in 3 different places, one being a laundry basket.

+1 we currently have a half size bookshelf in DDs room. Has two shelves with two rows and it's over flowing. She loves book so that's one thing I don't limit.
I don't really have any more space in her room for a shelf and I love books so also don't limit them. I got rid of some old clothes that don't fit from her wardrobe and just use the bottom shelf which is large and she can easily open the door and sit and read them when we are upstairs. It's not interesting enough to take a pic though.
There's lots of cute kid kraft ones on Amazon. We went with the sling looking bookshelf- I have one in each of the boys rooms so I split the books in half that way and there's also books in two other baskets - one each level of the house. So I'm team spread the books out.

Oh I like the sling kid kraft ones. Do you have any complaints about them?

We have one similar to Kid Craft, Saganizer (lol!). It works just fine, just not big enough for us. We don't have a play room so all books go in the same room.

We have this too! We also don't have a play room so this is what we can work with.
Yeah the sling doesn't fit as many books but the kids can see the books and he's more likely to pick one up and read it when it's displayed. You could do a basket by the sling and rotate the books.
